MANILA, Philippines – The Civil Service Commission (CSC) named the topnotchers (top 10 passers) in the March 2026 Civil Service Exam or Career Service Examination-Pen and Paper Test (CSE-PPT). View on this page for sub-professional level list of topnotchers.

Top 10 Passers: March 2026 Civil Service Exam Subprofessional Level

The CSC released the CSE-PPT results on May 5, 2026, within 60 calendar days after the exam.

Ernesto Gabriel Valderrama Serrano of the NCR secured the top spot in the Subprofessional level with a rating of 95.49.

Serrano is followed by Justine Raine Valencia David (Region III), with a rating of 95.31; Carlo Miguel Nery Cerrada (NCR) with 95.20; Janette Alexandra Falcatan Toribio (Region IX) with 95.16; Carlo Aragon Marientes (NCR) with 95.08; Gladys Ubalde Quitain (Region IV) with 95.06; Christian Villarin Dela Peña (Region IV) with 95.00; Lauren Anne Charmagne Lara De La Cruz (Region III) with 94.94; Sophia Yvonne Simbol Baniago (NCR) with 94.77; and MJ Cruz Centeno (Region III) with 94.76.

March 2026 CSE-PPT Results Summary

The first regular CSE-PPT this year was conducted in 95 testing centers nationwide on Sunday, March 8, 2026.

CSC announced that passers who got at least 80 percent score will be eligible for a position in the civil service provided the eligibles meet the qualifications and other requirements - education, experience, and training.

How to view CSE-PPT results?

The complete list of successful examinees of the March 8, 2026 Career Service Examination-Pen and Paper Test may be accessed here or on the official website of CSC.

Schedule for the release of Certification of Eligibility at the CSC Regional/Field Office will be announced. Passers are advised to verify first the availability of and the requirements and procedures in claiming their Certification of Eligibility before proceeding to the CSC office.

Moreover, examinees, both passed and failed, may generate their individual rating through the Online Civil Service Examination Result Generation System (OCSERGS), which can also be accessed on the CSC website, on May 18, 2026.

Previous Examinations

In the August 2025 Career Service Examination – Pen and Paper Test (CSE-PPT) for the Subprofessional Level, Marc Lesney D. Maddumba of the National Capital Region (NCR) topped the exam with an impressive rating of 96.59%. Gerald Sebastian V. Isorena of Region V followed closely in second place with 96.29%.

Earlier, in the March 2025 CSE-PPT Subprofessional Level, Gerald Son B. Borilla III of NCR led all passers with the highest rating of 97.19%. Reid Chrysler C. Manares of Region XII ranked second with 96.26%.

In the August 2024 CSE-PPT, Irmengard Julie G. Gelsano of Region VIII secured the top spot with a rating of 97.00%, while Lleara Christel Rovea L. Fiesta of Region I placed second with 96.72%.

Meanwhile, in the March 2024 examination, Mia Kimberly F. Noche of Region IV emerged as the topnotcher with 97.24%, followed by Jacqueline D. Corral of the Bicol Region, who garnered 96.87%.
