MANILA, Philippines – The Civil Service Commission (CSC) releases results of March 2026 Civil Service Exam or Career Service Examination - Paper and Pencil Test (CSE-PPT) between May 5 and 7, 2026. The complete list of professional level passers for Region 10 (Northern Mindanao) is posted on this webpage once available.
CSC said that a total of 307,747 aspiring government workers took the Career Service Examination, Professional and Subprofessional levels, across 95 testing centers.

How to access the March 2026 CSE-PPT results?
The list of passers in the March 2026 CSE-PPT may be accessed through the widget found on the left side of the CSC website.
Alternatively, examinees may go directly to the CSC Examination Portal to view the results.
Note: CSC said that test results, including the exact values of the ratings, released by the CSC are FINAL AND IRREVERSIBLE. The CSC does not implement re-checking of test results in all types of civil service exam nor does it apply any mathematical rounding of decimal value on test results/ratings.
Release of Results
The CSC on Thursday, April 30, confirmed that the results of the March 8, 2026 Civil Service Exam (CSE) for Professional and SubProfessional levels will be released between May 5 and 7, 2026, 60 days after the exam.
"Please be advised that the new schedule for the actual release of passers/eligibles for the 08 March 2026 Career Service Examination, Pen and Paper Test (CSE-PPT), Professional and Subprofessional levels, will be between 05 and 07 May 2026."
Earlier, CSC had targeted May 11, 2026, as the release date, as indicated in Examination Advisory No. 02, series of 2026. The adjustment reflects the actual number of examinees and processing time.
Coverage of Exams
The CSE-PPT is a general ability test designed to measure an individual’s preparedness to enter government service.
The CSE-PPT covered the following subjects (in English and Filipino):
Professional Level (Prof) -170 items with a time limit of 3 hours and 10 minutes
- Numerical Ability (number sequence, basic operation, and word problem)
- Analytical Ability (word analogy and logical reasoning)
- Verbal Ability (vocabulary, grammar and correct usage, and correct reasoning of thought process)
SubProfessional Level (SubProf) - 165 items; time limit is 2 hours and 40 minutes
- Numerical Ability (number sequence, basic operation, and word problem)
- Clerical Ability (filing, spelling)
- Verbal Ability (vocabulary, grammar and correct usage, and correct reasoning of thought process)
General information items on the following for both levels:
- Philippine Constitution;
- Code of Conduct and Ethical Standards for Public Officials and Employees (R.A. 6713);
- Peace and Human Rights Issues and Concepts; and
- Environment Management and Protection
About the Civil Service Exam
The career service examination is a general ability test designed to measure an individual’s preparedness to enter government service.
Passing rate is set at 80-percent.
Passing the career service examinations would result in the conferment of either Professional or Sub-professional Eligibility that is needed, among others, for permanent appointment to corresponding career service positions in the government except those that involve practice of profession or are covered by special laws.
