MANILA, Philippines – Aspirants of the March 2026 Civil Service Exam – Pen and Paper Test (CSE-PPT) can check here the complete list of Professional Level passers in Region 1, as released by the Civil Service Commission (CSC) on May 5-7, 2026 — 60 calendar days after the exam.

CSC said that a total of 307,747 examinees took the Career Service Examination across 95 testing centers nationwide on March 8, 2026. This comprised of examinees for the CSE-Professional and Subprofessional Levels.

Update on the Release of CSE-PPT Results

The new schedule for the actual release of CSE-PPT results was announced on Thursday, April 30.

"Please be advised that the new schedule for the actual release of passers/eligibles for the 08 March 2026 Career Service Examination, Pen and Paper Test (CSE-PPT), Professional and Subprofessional levels, will be between 05 and 07 May 2026," CSC stated in Examination Advisory No. 4, series of 2026.

Earlier, CSC had targeted May 11, 2026, as the release date, as indicated in Examination Advisory No. 02, series of 2026. The adjustment reflects the actual number of examinees and processing time.

OCSERGS / Verification of Rating

Examinees, whether they passed or failed, may access their individual test results through the Online Civil Service Examination Result Generation System (OCSERGS), available via the CSC website on May 18, 2026 (Monday).

Reminders

Certificate of Eligibility for passers (printed on CSC letterhead, free of charge) shall be issued through the CSC Regional/Field Offices.

PASSERS ARE ADVISED TO VERIFY/CHECK FIRST THE AVAILABILITY OF THE CERTIFICATION BEFORE GOING TO THE CSC REGIONAL/FIELD OFFICES.

Passers are further advised to personally claim their Certification of Eligibility at the CSC Regional/Field Offices.

In claiming the Certification, passers must present the following items:

  • Driver's License; Passport; PRC License; SSS I.D.; GSIS I.D. (UMID);
  • Voter's I.D./Voter's Certification;BIR I.D. (ATM type/TIN card type with picture);
  • PhilHealth I.D. (must contain the holder's name, clear picture, signature and
  • PhilHealth number), Company/Office I.D.; School I.D.;
  • Police Clearance/Police Clearance Certificate; Postal I.D.;
  • Barangay I.D.; NBI Clearance; Seaman's Book; HDMF Transaction Card;
  • PWD I.D.; Solo Parent I.D.; Senior Citizen's ID; or ACR I-Card.
  • Any other ID card not included in the above list shall NOT be accepted.

Passers may also opt to apply for regular Certification of Eligibility (Printed on special paper at cost).

Important Notice

CSC test results, including individual ratings, are final and cannot be appealed or altered. The CSC does not conduct re-checking of exam results and does not round decimal values in ratings.

About the Civil Service Exam

The Civil Service Commission (CSC) notes that candidates who pass the exam with a score of at least 80% are eligible for first- and second-level positions in the civil service, provided they meet the required qualifications, including education, experience, and training.

The Civil Service Exam – Pen and Paper Test (CSE-PPT) is a general ability assessment designed to evaluate an individual’s readiness to enter government service.

The Professional level exam covers topics such as vocabulary, grammar and correct usage, organization of ideas, analysis, word analogy, data interpretation, logic and abstract reasoning, and numerical reasoning.

It also includes general information on the Philippine Constitution, the Code of Conduct and Ethical Standards for Public Officials and Employees (RA 6713), peace and human rights issues, and environmental management and protection.
