MANILA, Philippines – The Civil Service Commission (CSC) announces on May 5-7, 2026 the successful examinees of the March 2026 Civil Service Exam - Paper and Pencil Test (CSE-PPT) Subprofessional level for Region 2 (Cagayan Valley).

The CSC in an advisory on April 30 confirmed that the results of the March 2026 CSE-PPT for Professional and SubProfessional levels shall be posted on the CSC website ahead of the previous target of May 11.

The CSC said that a total of 307,747 aspiring government workers took the Career Service Examination across 95 testing centers on March 8, 2026.

March 2026 CSE-PPT Results Summary

CS passers who got at least 80 percent score will be eligible for the first level positions in the civil service provided the eligibles meet the qualifications and other requirements of the positions (education, experience, and training).

Release of Results

Update as of May 1, 2026: The Civil Service Commission (CSC) announced that the results of the March 2026 Career Service Examination – Pen and Paper Test (CSE-PPT) will be released between May 5 and May 7, 2026.

In an official advisory, CSC stated: “Please be advised that the new schedule for the actual release of passers/eligibles for the 08 March 2026 Career Service Examination, Pen and Paper Test (CSE-PPT), Professional and Subprofessional levels, will be between 05 and 07 May 2026. Accordingly, the corresponding list of passers/eligibles and top passers on the national level will be posted on the CSC website (www.csc.gov.ph).”

CSC Reminders

Examinees, both passed and failed, may get their individual test results using the Online Civil Service Examination Result Generation System (OCSERGS), which can also be accessed through the CSC website starting May 18, 2026 (Monday).

Passers may request for a Certification of Eligibility (CoE) printed on CSC official letterhead. The letterhead CoE is issued free of charge by the concerned CSC Regional or Field Office where the exam was taken.

Those who will pass should coordinate and verify first if their Certification is already available before going to the CSC Regional/Field Office. Contact numbers of the CSC office may be accessed at the CSC website.

Apart from the letterhead CoE, passers may opt to apply for CoE printed on security paper with fee.

The CSE-PPT is a general ability test designed to measure an individual's preparedness to enter government service.
