MANILA, Philippines – The Civil Service Commission (CSC) releases on May 5-7, 2026 the results of March 2026 Civil Service Exam- Paper and Pencil Test (CSE-PPT), also known as career service examination. The complete list of passers for Professional level in Region 3 (Central Luzon) is available here as announced online.
CSC said that a total of 307,747 aspiring government workers took the Career Service Examination on March 8, 2026 across 95 testing centers nationwide.

Note: CSC test results, including individual ratings, are final and cannot be appealed or altered. The CSC does not conduct re-checking of exam results and does not round decimal values in ratings.
The CSC emphasized that eligibility is a minimum requirement along with education, experience, and training for permanent appointment to government career service positions.
Release of Results
Update as of May 1, 2026: The CSC announced through Examination Advisory No. 4, series of 2026, that the results of the March 2026 Career Service Examination – Pen and Paper Test (CSE-PPT) will be released between May 5 and May 7, 2026. Below is the official document:

According to the CSC Calendar of Civil Service Examinations for 2026 and Examination Advisory No. 02, series of 2026, the results of the March 2026 Career Service Examination – Pen and Paper Test (CSE-PPT) are expected to be released on or before May 11, 2026.
Individual Examination Results via OCSERGS
Examinees, whether they passed or failed, may access their individual test results through the Online Civil Service Examination Result Generation System (OCSERGS), available via the CSC website starting May 18, 2026 (Monday).
Certification of Eligibility (CoE) for Passers
Passers may request for a Certification of Eligibility (CoE) printed on CSC official letterhead. The letterhead CoE is issued free of charge by the concerned CSC Regional or Field Office where the exam was taken.
"PASSERS ARE STRONGLY ADVISED TO VERIFY/CHECK FIRST THE AVAILABILITY OF THE CERTIFICATION BEFORE GOING TO THE CSC REGIONAL/FIELD OFFICE. Check out CSC ROs/FOs Directory here," CSC emphasized.
