MANILA, Philippines – The Civil Service Commission (CSC) releases on May 5-7, 2026, the list of successful examinees of March 2026 Civil Service Exam – Paper and Pencil Test (CSE-PPT) Professional level for Region 4 (Southern Tagalog).
CSC said that a total of 307,747 aspiring government workers took the Career Service Examination (Professional and Subprofessional levels) on March 8, 2026 across 95 testing centers nationwide.
Region IV recorded the highest number of examinees at 41,186.

Reminders
All examinees, regardless of the exam outcome, may generate their individual test results via the Online Civil Service Examination Result Generation System (OCSERGS) starting May 18, 2026 (Monday).
Passers may request for a Certification of Eligibility (CoE) printed on CSC official letterhead. The letterhead CoE is issued free of charge by the concerned CSC Regional or Field Office where the exam was taken.

Exam Overview
The CSE-PPT remains a key gateway for individuals aspiring to enter government service.
Passing rate is set at 80 percent.
The CSC said that eligibility is a minimum requirement along with education, experience, and training for permanent appointment to government career service positions.
Next Civil Service Exam
The second and final CSE-PPT for Professional and Subprofessional levels in 2026 is scheduled on August 9, 2026. Applications will be accepted from May 14 to June 10, 2026, with slots filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
