MANILA, Philippines – The Civil Service Commission (CSC) named the topnotchers (top 10 passers) in the March 2026 Civil Service Exam or Career Service Examination-Pen and Paper Test (CSE-PPT). View here the Professional Level list of highest placers as announced on May 5, 2026.
Leading the Professional level is Jannah Arumpac Masbud of Region XII, who achieved a rating of 98.60.
Completing the roster of top performers for the Professional level are Jholene Ylysa Ladores Salimbot (NCR) with 97.77; Lemuel Espiritu Samson (Region XI) with 97.64; Tyrone Robert Cruzata Garcia (NCR) with 97.53; Jeorge Antoinette Cabusao Marucot (NCR) with 97.52; Laurence Anthony Navarro Mallari (NCR) with 97.38; Alexander Clinton Liu Españo (NCR) with 97.25; Therese Jan Esman Mangussad (NCR) with 97.25; Patrick Jeanne Josef Tiongson (Region IV) with 97.23; and Jenelyn Ann Festejo Carpio (NCR) with 97.09.

The first regular CSE-PPT this year was conducted in 95 testing centers nationwide on Sunday, March 8, 2026.
CSC announced that passers who got at least 80 percent score will be eligible for a position in the civil service provided the eligibles meet the qualifications and other requirements - education, experience, and training.

In the August 2025 Career Service Examination – Pen and Paper Test (CSE-PPT) for the Professional Level, Lauren Gillianne T. Closas of the National Capital Region (NCR) emerged as the topnotcher with an outstanding rating of 97.39%. Rochelle Anne Joy V. Roxas, also from NCR, ranked second with 96.97%.
Earlier in the March 2025 CSE-PPT Professional Level, Charina Mae P. Tigbayan of NCR led the passers with an impressive 97.91% rating. Isaiah Gil E. Ortiz, likewise from NCR, placed second with 97.24%.
In the August 2024 CSE-PPT, Mark Justine M. Domingo of Region IV secured the top spot with 97.49%, while Joyce D. Dublin of Region VII followed in second place with 96.47%.

The complete list of successful examinees of the March 2026 Career Service Examination-Pen and Paper Test may be accessed here or on the official website of CSC.
Schedule for the release of Certification of Eligibility at the CSC Regional/Field Office will be announced. Passers are advised to verify first the availability of and the requirements and procedures in claiming their Certification of Eligibility before proceeding to the CSC office.
Examinees, both passed and failed, can generate their individual test result using the Online Civil Service Examination Result Generation System (OCSERGS), which can also be accessed through the CSC website by May 18, 2026 (Monday).
