MANILA, Philippines – The March 2026 Civil Service Exam results or Career Service Examination-Pen and Paper Test (CSE-PPT) full list of passers for professional and sub-professional level are released online between May 5 and 7, 2026, sixty (60) calendar days after the exam.

Sub-professional examinees who obtain a rating of at least 80 percent will be eligible for first-level positions in the civil service, provided they meet the required qualifications, including education, experience, and training.

Important Reminders
Individual test result generation of the Career Service Examination for CSE-PPT through OCSERGS (Online Civil Service Examination Result Generation System) shall be available through the CSC website starting May 18, 2026.
Concerns on examination result, including verification of Examinee Number, should be coordinated directly with the CSC Regional Office concerned.
Passers may request for a Certification of Eligibility (CoE) printed on CSC official letterhead. The letterhead CoE is issued free of charge by the concerned CSC Regional or Field Office where the exam was taken.
Passers may also opt to apply for regular Certification of Eligibility (printed on security paper at cost).
NOTE: Verify first if your Certificate is already available for claiming before going to the CSC Regional/Field Office.
Passers must personally claim their Certification of Eligibility at the CSC Regional/Field Office concerned. Representatives are not allowed to claim on behalf of the passers.
Examination Overview
The Career Service Professional and Sub-professional examinations are general ability tests designed to measure an individual's preparedness to enter government service.
Passing rate is set at 80 percent.
The CSC said that eligibility is a minimum requirement along with education, experience, and training for permanent appointment to government career service positions.
