MANILA, Philippines – The Civil Service Commission (CSC) releases results of March 2026 Civil Service Exam- Paper and Pencil Test (CSE-PPT), also known as Career Service Examination between May 5 and 7, 2026, within sixty (60) calendar days after the exam.
The alphabetical list of Professional Level passers for Region V (Bicol Region) will be available on this page once released.
CSC said that a total of 307,747 aspiring government workers took the Career Service Examination (Professional and Subprofessional levels) on March 8, 2026 across 95 testing centers nationwide.

Release of Results
CSC announced the exact release date of CSE-PPT results on April 30, 2026 via Examination Advisory No. 4, series of 2026.
"Please be advised that the new schedule for the actual release of passers/eligibles for the 08 March 2026 Career Service Examination, Pen and Paper Test (CSE-PPT), Professional and Subprofessional levels, will be between 05 and 07 May 2026," CSC said.
In previous update, CSC was targeting May 11, 2026 release of results as stated in calendar of civil service examinations for Year 2026.
OCSERGS/Verification of Rating
Examinees, whether they passed or failed, may access their individual test results through the Online Civil Service Examination Result Generation System (OCSERGS), available via the CSC website starting May 18, 2026 (Monday).
Certification of Eligibility (CoE) for Passers
Passers may request for a Certification of Eligibility (CoE) printed on CSC official letterhead. The letterhead CoE is issued free of charge by the concerned CSC Regional or Field Office where the exam was taken.

CSE Overview
The Career Service Professional and Sub-professional examinations are general ability tests designed to measure an individual's preparedness to enter government service.
Passing rate is set at 80 percent.
The CSC said that eligibility is a minimum requirement along with education, experience, and training for permanent appointment to government career service positions.
