MANILA, Philippines – The results of the March 2026 Civil Service Exam (Career Service Examination – Pen and Paper Test or CSE-PPT) are released on May 5-7, 2026. See here the complete list of passers for Region 12 (Soccsksargen), both professional and sub-professional levels.
Conducted on March 8, 2026, in various testing centers across the country, this exam marked one of the largest nationwide administrations of the CSE-PPT in a single day.
According to the Civil Service Commission (CSC), a total of 307,747 aspiring government workers took the exam across 95 testing centers nationwide.

Certificate of Eligibility
Passers may request for a Certification of Eligibility (CoE) printed on CSC official letterhead. The letterhead CoE is issued free of charge by the concerned CSC Regional or Field Office where the exam was taken.
PASSERS ARE ADVISED TO VERIFY/CHECK FIRST THE AVAILABILITY OF THE CERTIFICATION BEFORE GOING TO THE CSC REGIONAL/FIELD OFFICES.
Apart from the letterhead CoE, passers may opt to apply for CoE printed on security paper with fee.
Passers are further advised to personally claim their Certification of Eligibility at the CSC Regional/Field Offices.
About the Civil Service Exam
The CSE-PPT is a general ability test designed to measure an individual’s preparedness to enter government service.
To pass the test, an examinee should get a general rating of at least 80.00.
The Sub-professional exam includes numerical, clerical and verbal components. The test also covered General Information items: Philippine Constitution, Code of Conduct and Ethical Standards for Public Officials and Employees (RA 6713), peace and human rights issues and concepts and environmental management and protection.
The civil service eligibility resulting from passing the CSE (SubProfessional) shall be called Career Service SubProfessional Eligibility. It is the first level eligibility appropriate only for first level (clerical) positions in the government which do not involve practice of profession and are not covered by special/other laws.
