Successful passers are advised to contact their respective CSC Regional Office to confirm the availability and requirements for claiming their Certification of Eligibility (CoE). A complete directory of CSC Regional Offices is available on the official CSC website.
Passers must personally claim their CoE. Representatives are not allowed to claim it on their behalf. The CoE is typically available for claiming approximately 30 days after the publication of the list of passers.

The Civil Service Exam (CSE-PPT) is a general ability test that measures an individual’s readiness to join the government service. The three-hour Professional Level exam evaluates numerical, analytical, and verbal abilities using both English and Filipino.
It also covers general information questions about the Philippine Constitution, the Code of Conduct and Ethical Standards for Public Officials and Employees (R.A. 6713), peace and human rights concepts, and environmental management and protection.
