MANILA, Philippines – The August 2025 Civil Service Exam (CSE) Professional Level results and list of passers in Region 14 (Cordillera Administrative Region or CAR) are released by the Civil Service Commission (CSC) on Monday, October 13, 2025, within sixty-four (64) calendar days after the exams.
The August 2025 Career Service Examination – Pen and Paper Test (CSE-PPT) was held on August 10, 2025, across various testing centers nationwide.
The exam was conducted in all CSC regional offices, including the National Capital Region (NCR), Ilocos, Cagayan Valley, Central Luzon, CALABARZON/MIMAROPA, Bicol, Western Visayas, Central Visayas, Eastern Visayas, Zamboanga Peninsula, Northern Mindanao, SOCCSKSARGEN, CARAGA, Cordillera Administrative Region, and Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM).

Release of Results
The CSC on Tuesday, October 7, confirmed that the results of the August 10, 2025 Civil Service Exam (CSE) for Professional and SubProfessional levels will be released on October 13, 2025 (Monday), 64 days after the exam.
"Please be advised that the new schedule for the actual release of passers/eligibles for the 10 August 2025 Career Service Examination, Pen and Paper Test (CSE-PPT), Professional and SubProfessional levels, will be on 13 October 2025."
Earlier, CSC had targeted October 18, 2025, as the release date, as indicated in Examination Announcement No. 05 dated April 24, 2025. The adjustment reflects the actual number of examinees and processing time.
OCSERGS / Verification of Rating
All examinees, whether passed or failed, can view their individual test results through the Online Civil Service Examination Result Generation System (OCSERGS) starting October 25, 2025, or as stated in the official CSC advisory.
For concerns regarding examination results or verification of examinee numbers, examinees are encouraged to coordinate directly with the CSC Regional Office concerned. These offices handle the official release and verification of results.
Certification of Eligibility (CoE)
Successful passers should coordinate with their respective CSC Regional Office to verify the availability and claiming requirements for the Certification of Eligibility (CoE). The CSC website provides a complete directory of all regional offices.
Passers must personally claim their CoE; representatives are not allowed. The certification is usually available approximately 30 days after the official posting of the list of passers.
Passing Score
The CSC specifies that examinees who obtain at least 80% of the total score will be granted Civil Service Eligibility. This eligibility allows them to qualify for first and second-level positions in the government, provided they meet the required education, experience, and training standards for the position.
About the CSE-PPT
The Civil Service Exam – Pen and Paper Test (CSE-PPT) is a general ability test designed to measure a person’s readiness to serve in government. The Professional Level exam assesses analytical, numerical, and verbal skills in both English and Filipino.
It also includes general information questions about the Philippine Constitution, the Code of Conduct and Ethical Standards for Public Officials and Employees (R.A. 6713), peace and human rights concepts, and environmental management and protection.
