MANILA, Philippines – The complete list of passers of the August 10, 2025 Civil Service Exam or Career Service Examination-Pen and Paper Test (CSE-PPT) for SubProfessional Level exam is available here on or before October 18, 2025.
"The list of passers shall be posted on the CSC website www.csc.gov.ph by October 18, 2025.
Since said date falls on a Saturday, the release of test results may be adjusted/moved either earlier on the last working day before the subject date, or later to the next regular working day. Moreover, the date itself may be subject to adjustment based, or depending, on the actual number of examinees," CSC stated in Examination Advisory No. 14 series 2025.

Release of Results
According to CSC calendar of Civil Service Examinations for Year 2025 and Examination Advisory No. 03 series 2025, the August 2025 CSE-PPT results will be released on October 18, 2025, sixty-nine (69) calendars days after the exams.
But since the target date falls on a Saturday, CSC said the release of civil service exam results may be adjusted/moved either earlier on the last working day before the subject date, or later to the next regular working day. Moreover, the date itself may be subject to adjustment based, or depending, on the actual number of examinees.
With this, we advise takers to monitor announcement of CSE-PPT results between October 9 (Thursday) and October 18, 2025 (Saturday), or 60-69 calendar days after the exam.
Verification of Rating via OCSERGS
Examinees, both passed and failed, may get their individual test results using the Online Civil Service Examination Result Generation System (OCSERGS), which can also be accessed through the CSC website by October 25, 2025 (Saturday) or as indicated in the corresponding issuance/advisory.
OCSERGS can be accessed through the CSC website or through this link (https://erpo.csc.gov.ph/ocsergs/).
The examinee should encode/fill in the required data in the corresponding data fields under the personal information, and the details of examination (i.e., date, type, and place of examination) accurately, following the illustrated/indicated format.
Certification of Eligibility (CoE)
Passers may request for a Certification of Eligibility (CoE) printed on CSC official letterhead. The letterhead CoE is issued free of charge by the concerned CSC Regional or Field Office where the exam was taken.
Passers may also opt to apply for regular Certification of Eligibility (printed on security paper at cost).
Civil Service Exam Coverage
The examination aims to measure the individual’s preparedness to enter government service.
The CSE-PPT covered the following subjects (in English and Filipino):
SubProfessional Level (SubProf) - 165 items; time limit is 2 hours and 40 minutes
- Numerical Ability (number sequence, basic operation, and word problem)
- Clerical Ability (filing, spelling)
- Verbal Ability (vocabulary, grammar and correct usage, and correct reasoning of thought process)
It also covers general information subjects like Philippine Constitution, Code of Conduct and Ethical Standards for Public Officials and Employees (R.A. 6713), Peace and Human Rights Issues and Concepts; and Environment Management and Protection.
Passing Score
CSC said that passers who got at least 80 percent rating will be eligible for a position in the civil service provided the eligibles meet the qualifications and other requirements - education, experience, and training.
Previous Exams
During the most recent civil service exams (March 2025), 46,470 out of 318,977 (14.57%) examinees passed. At the SubProfessional level, 3,998 out of 31,727 candidates (12.60%) qualified for Civil Service SubProfessional eligibility. Gerald Son B. Borilla III from NCR obtained the highest rating of 97.19 followed by Reid Chrysler C. Manares from Region XII with a rating of 96.26.
