CSE RESULTS 2025 – The Civil Service Commission (CSC) releases results of the August 2025 Civil Service Exam Pen and Paper Test (CSE-PPT) for Professional and Subprofessional levels on Monday, October 13, 2025. Here's how to check the list of passers and topnotchers.
A total of 331,675 examinees tried to hurdle the examination on August 10, 2025 in 16 regions nationwide.
Here are the three ways on how you can access the official list of CSE passers:
1. CSC Exam Portal
Examinees may access the CSE List of Passers via the Examination Results widget on the CSC website at www.csc.gov.ph, or directly through the CSC Examination Portal at https://exam.csc.gov.ph/list_passers.
UPDATE (October 13, 2025 – 8:40 AM): The CSE results will be released at 12:00 noon today!
The CSC announced that "the results from the CSE-PPT 10 August 2025 will be accessible online starting on October 13, 2025, at 12:00 PM. On this date and time, individuals can directly visit this website to view their results."
Note: The CSC cautions the public against accessing postings on any other websites and social media platforms that are not affiliated with, or are engaged in the unauthorized use of the name of, the CSC.
2. Official Facebook Page of the Philippine Civil Service Commission (CSC)
Similar with previous results, the CSC is expected to provide on Facebook some alternative links of the August 2025 civil service exam.
Social media pages of regional offices are also expected to provide regionalized list of passers.
3. The Summit Express and PRC Board News websites
Reliable list of CSE passers will be posted in real-time on The Summit Express and PRC Board News websites. Check and bookmark the dedicated results pages for August 2025 CSE-PPT.

List of Topnotchers
In previous examinations, only the list of passers was released first, while the list of topnotchers typically followed after several weeks or months. Be sure to bookmark The Summit Express and PRC Board News pages for updates on the topnotchers.
Verification of Rating via OCSERGS
Examinees, both passed and failed, can generate their individual test result using the Online Civil Service Examination Result Generation System (OCSERGS) after 15 days of release of results. Please note that no report of rating shall be mailed to individual examinees.
The OCSERGS for the August 10, 2025 CSE-PPT, Professional and SubProfessional levels, will be accessible through the CSC website by October 25, 2025 (Saturday) or as indicated in the corresponding issuance/advisory.
Note: Relatedly, examinees are advised to be ready with their Examinee Number as it will be required to be able to access their individual rating. Moreover, examinees should encode/fill in the required data in the corresponding data fields under the personal information, and the details of examination (i.e., date, type, and place of examination) accurately, following the illustrated/indicated format.
About the CSE-PPT
The Career Service Examination – Pen and Paper Test (CSE-PPT) evaluates an individual’s readiness for government service through a general ability test.
It covers subjects such as numerical, analytical, verbal, and general information on laws and governance, with different sets and time limits for the Professional and Sub-Professional levels.
Those who obtain at least an 80% rating earn civil service eligibility, provided they meet the required education, experience, and training qualifications.
