PMLE RESULTS 2026 – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) releases the September 2026 Psychometrician Licensure Exam (PmLE) results today, September 23, 2026. This is in accordance with PRC Resolution No. 2243, Series of 2026, detailing the revised schedule of release of results.
The Psychometrician board exam results include the full list of passers, top 10 (topnotchers), top performing schools, performance of schools, and schedule of registration and oath-taking.
As announced, 14,146 out of 15,423 (91.72%) passed the September 2026 PmLE.
The result of examination with respect to one (1) examinee was withheld pending final determination of his/her liabilities under the rules and regulations governing licensure examinations.
The lone PmLE this year was administered on September 1 and 2, 2026 in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Palawan, Rosales, and Tuguegarao.
The examination was originally scheduled for August 19 and 20 but was postponed to the first week of September due to weather disturbances brought by the Southwest Monsoon (Habagat). The examination in Pampanga was subsequently rescheduled to September 17 and 18 due to widespread flooding across Central Luzon.
PRC also conducted Psychology board exam on the same date and testing centers.

Schedule of Registration
The online registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) for the new Psychometricians and Certificate of Registration will be held on below schedule.

Examinees who successfully passed the licensure examination are advised to prepare and bring the following requirements during their scheduled registration:
- screenshot of system-generated Registration Form
- valid government-issued ID
PRC further advised passers to personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.
Verification of Ratings
All examinees, passed or failed, may verify their rating within few working days after the results were posted.
Visit the PRC Official site and proceed to the Verification Page.
Provide the required details such as examination name, exam date, application number, first name, last name, and birthdate.
Oath-taking
PRC typically announces the schedule and venue of the mass oathtaking ceremony a few days after the release of exam results.
Those attending the face-to-face mass oathtaking must register at PRC Online Services by 12:00 noon of the day before the ceremony. Inductees must print their Oath Form with the generated QR code and submit it during the oathtaking to confirm attendance.
Those unable to attend the face-to-face ceremony may join the online oathtaking or request a special oathtaking. Passers who wish to attend the virtual ceremony must select “e-OATH” when securing an appointment through PRC Online Services. Registration closes five calendar days before the virtual oathtaking.
After completing the oathtaking, inductees must proceed with their Initial Registration by securing an online appointment through PRC Online Services.
