BLEPP RESULTS — The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) released on Wednesday, September 23, 2026, the complete list of passers in the September 2026 Board Licensure Exam for Psychometrician (BLEPP), presently known as Psychometrician Licensure Exam (PmLE), three (3) working days after the last day of exam.
As announced, 14,146 out of 15,423 (91.72%) passed the September 2026 PmLE.
The result of examination with respect to one (1) examinee was withheld pending final determination of his/her liabilities under the rules and regulations governing licensure examinations.
The Commission administered the September 2026 Psychometrician board exam in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Palawan, Rosales, and Tuguegarao on September 1 and 2, 2026.
Note: The examination was originally scheduled for August 19 and 20 but was postponed to the first week of September due to weather disturbances brought by the Southwest Monsoon (Habagat). The examination in Pampanga was subsequently rescheduled to September 17 and 18 due to widespread flooding across Central Luzon.
The PRC also conducted the Psychology board exam on the same date and at the same testing centers, with the results released on Monday.

Release of Results
Update as of 10:40AM, September 23, 2026: PRC confirmed that PmLE / BLEPP 2026 results are out today!
To quote, PRC said: "Trust your hard work—just a few more hours and the wait will finally be over! The result of the September 2026 Psychometricians Licensure Examination (PmLE) will be released soon! "
Under PRC Resolution No. 2243, Series of 2026, the September 2026 Psychometrician Licensure Exam (PmLE) results will be released on Wednesday, September 23, 2026.
Registration and Oathtaking
Successful examinees will register online for the issuance of their Professional Identification Card (PIC) and Certificate of Registration (COR). Initial registration instructions will be posted on the official PRC website.
Date of Registration: Starting September 29, 2026
Newly registered nurses should access the PRC online services and follow the instructions for initial registration. The requirements include:
- Screenshot of the system-generated Registration Form
- Valid government-issued ID
Successful examinees must personally register and sign the Roster of Registered Professionals.
Oathtaking: The date and details of the oathtaking ceremony for successful PmLE examinees will be announced by the PRC at a later date.
Verification of Rating
The BLEPP results, including the ratings of passers and non-passers, can be verified online through the PRC's Verification of Rating service.
Examinees may access the service and provide the required information to verify their rating. The online verification may become available a few working days after the release of the results.
Coverage of Examinations
The two-day Psychometrician exam covered the following subjects: theories of personality, psychological assessment, abnormal psychology and industrial psychology.
