MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces on Wednesday, September 23, the top performing schools in the September 2026 Psychometrician Licensure Examination (PmLE), recognizing institutions whose examinees recorded the highest passing performance. The complete list of school performance is also provided below.
The PRC Board of Psychology conducted the September 2026 Psychometrician Licensure Examination, formerly known as BLEPP, on September 1 and 2, 2026, in Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Palawan, Rosales, and Tuguegarao.
The examination was originally scheduled for August 19 and 20 but was postponed to September 1 and 2 due to weather disturbances brought by the Southwest Monsoon (Habagat). The Pampanga testing site was subsequently rescheduled to September 17 and 18 due to widespread flooding in Central Luzon.
On the same dates and at the same testing centers, the PRC Board of Psychology also administered the Psychologists Computer-Based Licensure Examination. The results of examination were released one working day after the final day of examination.

Previous Examinations
In the September 2025 Psychometrician Licensure Examination, Saint Louis University (SLU) topped the list of performing schools in the category for institutions with 300 or more examinees. The university recorded a 95.95% passing rate, with 332 of its 346 examinees successfully passing the exam.
In August 2024, Ateneo de Manila University (ADMU)–Quezon City led the same category with a 99.07% passing rate, as 107 of its 108 examinees passed the examination.
A year earlier, in August 2023, ADMU–Quezon City also topped the list after achieving a perfect 100% passing rate, with all 78 examinees successfully passing.
The February 2022 Psychometrician Licensure Examination, meanwhile, had no school that qualified for the top-performing schools category.
Before the pandemic, the October 2019 Psychometrician Licensure Examination was topped by ADMU–Quezon City, which posted a perfect 100% passing rate. Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila (PLM) placed second with a 96.84% passing rate, with 92 of its 95 examinees passing the examination.
