PmLE Results 2026 – The September 2026 Psychometrician Licensure Exam (PmLE) results, including the official list of passers, topnotchers (top 10), top performing schools and performance of schools, are released by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) on September 23, 2026, three (3) working days after the last day of exam.
The PRC conducted the Psychometrician board exam, formerly BLEPP, on September 1 and 2, 2026 in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Palawan, Rosales, and Tuguegarao.
The examination was originally scheduled for August 19 and 20 but was postponed to the first week of September due to weather disturbances brought by the Southwest Monsoon (Habagat). The examination in Pampanga was subsequently rescheduled to September 17 and 18 due to widespread flooding across Central Luzon.
PRC also conducted Psychology board exam on the same date and testing centers.

Release of Results
Under PRC Resolution No. 2243, Series of 2026, the September 2026 Psychometrician Licensure Exam (PmLE) results will be released on Wednesday, September 23, 2026.
The release date may still change and could be posted ahead or later than the target date. We advise examinees to bookmark this page and follow our social media channels for the latest updates and official announcements from the PRC.
Registration Guidelines for Passers
PRC announced that the registration for the issuance of the Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be conducted online. Applicants may complete their initial registration by visiting https://online.prc.gov.ph/ and following the step-by-step instructions provided on the portal.

Examinees who successfully passed the licensure examination are advised to prepare and bring the following requirements during their scheduled registration:
- screenshot of system-generated Registration Form
- valid government-issued ID
Passers must personally appear at the PRC office to register and affix their signature in the official Roster of Registered Professionals.
The schedule and venue of the mass oathtaking ceremony for new professionals will be released at a later date, according to the PRC.
Verification of Ratings
Psychometrician board exam's verification of ratings (passers, non-passers and removal) can be done online.
Visit PRC's "Verification of Rating" service and provide the required information to verify your identity. Note that this will be available in few working days after the release of results.
Coverage of Examinations
The two-day Psychometrician exam covered the following subjects: theories of personality, psychological assessment, abnormal psychology and industrial psychology.
Previous Exams
In the September 2025 Psychometrician Licensure Examination, the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) released the results within four (4) working days. Of the 14,275 examinees, 12,416 passed. Dandean Lago Bernabe of the University of San Jose-Recoletos topped the examination with a rating of 90.00%.
In the August 2024 Psychometrician Licensure Examination, the PRC released the results within five (5) working days. A total of 7,478 out of 10,717 examinees passed, with Chiqui Castro Patio of Holy Angel University ranking first with a rating of 88.00%.
In the August 2023 Psychometrician Licensure Examination, the PRC also released the results within five (5) working days. Of the 8,370 examinees, 6,133 successfully passed. Bianca Patricia Tiglao Reyes of Bulacan State University–Malolos topped the examination with a rating of 89.60%.
Meanwhile, in the February 2022 Psychometrician Licensure Examination, the results were released within nine (9) working days. Of the 2,241 examinees, 969 passed. Joshua James Bastro dela Cruz of Our Lady of Fatima University–Antipolo City and Iris Anne Blanco Hamada of Saint Louis University (SLU) shared the top spot, both earning ratings of 83.60%.
