MANILA, Philippines – The September 2026 Psychometrician Licensure Exam (PmLE) results, including the list of topnotchers or top 10 passers, are released by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) on Wednesday, September 23, 2026, three (3) working days after the last day of exam.
The PRC Board of Psychology conducted the Psychometrician board exam, formerly BLEPP, on September 1 and 2, 2026 in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Palawan, Rosales, and Tuguegarao.
The examination was originally scheduled for August 19 and 20 but was postponed to the first week of September due to weather disturbances brought by the Southwest Monsoon (Habagat). The examination in Pampanga was subsequently rescheduled to September 17 and 18 due to widespread flooding across Central Luzon.
PRC also conducted the Psychologists Computer-Based Licensure Exam on the same date and testing centers. The results were released one day after the exams.

Previous Examinations
In the September 2025 Psychometrician Licensure Examination, Dandean Lago Bernabe of the University of San Jose-Recoletos topped the examination with a rating of 90.00%. Johnsel Malayao Torre of De La Salle University–Dasmariñas placed second with 89.60%.
The August 2024 Psychometrician Licensure Examination was led by Chiqui Castro Patio of Holy Angel University (HAU), who earned a rating of 88.00%. Fellow HAU graduate Airis Roshaine Teodoro Gomez followed in second place with 87.20%.
In August 2023, Bianca Patricia Tiglao Reyes of Bulacan State University–Malolos topped the examination with a rating of 89.60%. Nyle Kate Gabinete Matias of the University of Mindanao–Davao City and Coleen Sumadia Ylagan of St. Alexius College shared second place, both posting 88.80%.
Earlier, the February 2022 Psychometrician Licensure Examination ended with a tie for first place. Joshua James Bastro dela Cruz of Our Lady of Fatima University–Antipolo City and Iris Anne Blanco Hamada of Saint Louis University (SLU) both earned 83.60%. Second place was shared by Arielle Kate Romero Estabillo of the University of Mindanao–Davao City, Kevan Laurenz Quenita Muzares of Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation–Lucena City, Hannah Melissa Reyes Ramos of Ateneo de Manila University (ADMU)–Quezon City, and Miguel Antonio Perez Salvana of ADMU–Quezon City, all with ratings of 83.20%.
