Winners of jackpot-bearing games – Lotto 6/42, Mega Lotto 6/45, Super Lotto 6/49, Grand Lotto 6/55, and Ultra Lotto 6/58 – are those who matched correctly all the six winning numbers.

Based on previous records, there are at least 5-7 jackpot winners per month.

On January 1, PCSO logged the first lotto millionaire for 2026 as lone bettor from Brgy. Maraouy, Lipa City, Batangas won the Php 5.9-million jackpot in the Lotto 6/42.

In the history of lotto in the country, the jackpot of P1.18-B for Ultra Lotto was the biggest so far. It was won by two lucky bettors in October 2018.

The PCSO maintains the confidentiality of lotto winners for their security. Only the information of lotto outlets and locations are available to the public.

In 2025, the PCSO recorded at least 53 jackpot-winning draws across its major games. On at least three occasions, the jackpot prize was shared by multiple bettors.

In 2024, PCSO listed at least 68 instances of jackpot-winning draws. Of these, 23 draws resulted in the jackpot being split among two or more winners.

In 2023, there were at least 75 jackpot-winning instances in PCSO’s major games, with the prize being shared on at least 10 occasions.

In 2022, PCSO recorded 58 jackpot-winning draws. Among these, at least nine draws saw multiple bettors splitting the jackpot prize.

Jackpot winners must claim their prizes at the PCSO main office in Shaw Boulevard, Mandaluyong City.

Winners must write their names and signature on the back of the winning tickets. Then, they need to present two government-issued identification cards or documents.

Winners have one year from the date of the draw to claim the prize. This was specified in Republic Act 1169, the law on PCSO lotteries.

As provided under the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion law, lotto winnings of more than P10,000 shall be subject to a 20% tax.
