MANILA, Philippines – Two bettors became instant multi-millionaires after winning lotto jackpot prizes on Saturday, January 31, 2026, the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) announced.
One lucky bettor from Talisay City, Cebu bagged the Grand Lotto 6/49 jackpot after correctly guessing the winning combination 54-37-20-15-21-10, worth a total of Php 51,794,060.00.
Another solo bettor from Quezon City won the Lotto 6/42 jackpot prize of Php 5,940,000.00 after correctly guessing the winning numbers 23-27-16-20-28-21.

The bettors can claim his/her cheque at PCSO's main office in Mandaluyong City and present the winning ticket and two identification cards.
As provided under the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion law, lotto winnings of more than PHP10,000 shall be subject to a 20-percent tax.
Meanwhile, 10 other Grand Lotto bettors matched five of the six winning numbers and won Php 100,000 each, the PCSO said. Around 677 bettors received Php 1,500 each for correctly guessing four numbers, while 16,776 bettors won Php 60 each for matching three numbers.
For the Lotto 6/42, 56 other bettors matched five of the six winning numbers and took home Php 24,000 each. About 2,145 bettors received Php 800 each for matching four numbers, while 27,710 bettors won Php 20 each for guessing three numbers correctly.
Unclaimed prizes within a year shall be forfeited.
The Grand Lotto jackpot was last won on January 3, 2026, by a lucky bettor who purchased the winning ticket at a lotto outlet in Compostela, Cebu.
Meanwhile, the most recent Lotto 6/42 winner was recorded on January 29, 2026, when a bettor from Carmona, Cavite claimed the jackpot prize.
The Grand Lotto 6/55 is drawn every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday, while the Lotto 6/42 is drawn every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday.

PCSO General Manager Melquiades Robles urged the public to support the agency’s gaming products in order to raise additional revenue for health initiatives, medical services, and other national charities.
One of its key programs is the Medical Access Program (MAP), which is designed to augment the medical needs of Filipinos nationwide, particularly hospital confinement, chemotherapy, dialysis, and post-transplant medicines.
The program is funded by revenues from PCSO games nationwide.
