MANILA, Philippines – A lone bettor won the jackpot prize of ₱14.4 million in the Mega Lotto 6/45 draw held on Friday, January 2, 2026.
The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) announced that the lucky player bagged the ₱ 14,435,567.00 jackpot prize after correctly guessing the winning combination 44-21-19-10-18-11.

The winning ticket was bought from a lotto outlet in Brgy. Cabid An, Sorsogon City.
All jackpot prizes must be claimed at the PCSO main office in Shaw Boulevard, Mandaluyong City. Winners are advised to write their name and signature on the back of the winning ticket and present two valid government-issued IDs upon claiming.
The winner has one year from the draw date to claim the prize, in accordance with Republic Act 1169 or the law governing PCSO lotteries.
Under the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion (TRAIN) law, lotto winnings above ₱10,000 are subject to a 20% tax deduction.
The selling agent will receive a 1% commission of the jackpot prize, up to a maximum of ₱1 million.
Meanwhile, 33 players won ₱32,000 each for guessing five of the six winning numbers, 1,276 winners will receive ₱1,000 each for four correct digits, and 21,701 bettors will get ₱30 each for three correct digits.
The odds of winning the Mega Lotto jackpot are 1 in 8,145,060 combinations.
The previous Mega Lotto jackpot was won on December 24, 2025, by a bettor who purchased the winning ticket from a lotto outlet along Quezon Ave., Camiling, Tarlac.
The 6/45 Mega Lotto is drawn every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

PCSO General Manager Melquiades Robles encouraged the public to continue supporting the agency’s gaming products, which fund health and charity initiatives across the country.
One of PCSO’s flagship programs is the Medical Access Program (MAP), which helps cover costs for hospital confinement, chemotherapy, dialysis, and post-transplant medicines. This initiative is supported by revenues from PCSO’s nationwide games.
