RECLE RESULTS 2026 – The September and October 2026 Real Estate Consultant Licensure Exam (RECLE) results, including the complete list of passers and performance of schools, are released by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) and the Board of Real Estate Service on Thursday, October 8, 2026.
The Real Estate Consultant board exam was conducted in Manila, Cagayan de Oro, and Cebu on September 8, 2026 (Written) and October 5, 6, and 7, 2026 (Revalida).

The performance of schools in the September and October 2026 Real Estate Consultant Licensure Examination in alphabetical order as per R.A. 8981 otherwise known as PRC Modernization Act of 2000 Section 7(m) "To monitor the performance of schools in licensure examinations and publish the results thereof in a newspaper of national circulation" is as follows:
Release of Results
On Thursday, the PRC confirmed that the September 2026 Real Estate Consultants Licensure Examination (RECLE) results will be released today, October 8, 2026, ahead of the target release date.
PRC announced: “In just a few more hours and the wait will finally be over! The result of the September 2026 Real Estate Consultants Licensure Examination (RECLE) will be released soon!”
According to PRC Resolution No. 2113, series of 2025, the results of the September 2026 Real Estate Consultants Licensure Examination were originally scheduled to be released on Friday, October 9, 2026, or two (2) working days after the examination.
Registration and Oathtaking
Registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be done on-line. Please go to www.prc.gov.ph and follow instructions for initial registration.
Date of Registration: Starting November 16, 2026
Those who will register are required to bring the following:

- valid government-issued ID
Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.
The date and venue for the oathtaking ceremony of the new successful examinees in the said examination WILL BE ANNOUNCED LATER, PRC said.
Coverage of Examinations
The September and October 2026 Real Estate Consultant board exams covered the following subjects: fundamentals of real estate consulting, professional consultancy practice, project feasibility study (PFS) and Defense/Revalida of the PFS.
Previous Examinations
In the December 2025 Real Estate Consultants Licensure Examination (RECLE), the PRC released the results within two (2) working days, with all 8 out of 8 examinees (100%) passing the exams.
For the December 2024 and January 2025 RECLE, the PRC also released the results after two (2) working days. A total of 2 out of 6 examinees (33.33%) passed the exams.
The PRC cancelled the December 2023 and January 2024 RECLE.
In the December 2022 and January 2023 RECLE, the PRC released the results within two (2) working days, with only 1 out of 17 examinees (5.88%) passing the exams.
