PHLE RESULTS – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) releases the November 2025 Pharmacist Licensure Exam (PHLE) results today, November 21, 2025. This is in accordance with PRC Resolution No. 1927, Series of 2024, detailing the target release dates of board exam results.
The Pharmacy board exam results include the full list of passers, top 10 (topnotchers), top performing schools, performance of schools and schedule of registration and oath-taking.
The second PhLE this year was administered on November 15 and 16, 2025 in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, and Zamboanga.
The members of the Board of Pharmacy who gave the licensure examination are Hon. Anthony Aldrin C. Santiago, Officer-In-Charge; Dr. Mildred B. Oliveros and Dr. Adelina C. Royo, Members.

Schedule of Registration
The online registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) for the new Pharmacists and Certificate of Registration will be held on below schedule.

Those who will register must go to PRC's official site https://online.prc.gov.ph and follow instructions for smooth transactions. Ensure that you have below requirements ready:
- downloaded duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
- notice of admission (for identification only)
- 2 pieces passport sized pictures (colored with white background and complete name tag)
- 2 sets of documentary stamps
- 1 piece short brown envelope
PRC further advised passers to personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.
Verification of Ratings
All takers of the Pharmacist board exam, passed or failed, may verify their rating within few working days after the results were posted.
Visit the PRC Official site and proceed to the Verification Page.
Provide the required details such as examination name, exam date, application number, first name, last name, and birthdate.
Oath-taking
PRC releases the oathtaking schedule and venue a few days after the exam results.
For the face-to-face mass oathtaking, participants must register at https://online.prc.gov.ph no later than 12:00 NN a day before the ceremony and print the Oath Form with their QR code for submission.
Those unable to attend in person may join the online oathtaking or request a special session. Announcements will be posted once confirmed.
Passers should secure an appointment via https://online.prc.gov.ph and select “e-OATH.” Online registration closes five (5) days before the virtual ceremony. Inductees must print the “Oath of Professional” form from the PRC website.
After the oathtaking, proceed with Initial Registration by booking an online appointment at https://online.prc.gov.ph.
