MANILA, Philippines – The full list of topnotchers or top 10 passers in the November 2025 Pharmacist Licensure Exam (PhLE) will be released on Friday, November 21, 2025, five (5) working days after the exam.
The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) administered the pharmacy board exam in Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, and Zamboanga on November 15 and 16, 2025.

Previous Examinations
During the April 2025 Pharmacist Licensure Exam, Yasser Nursam Salahud In Rizal of Universidad de Zamboanga secured the top spot with 93.50%, followed closely by Charles Vincent Sibayan Familar of Our Lady of Fatima University–Valenzuela with 93.40%.
For the November 2024 exams, Jay Raynald Macabuhay Almojuela from University of Santo Tomas (UST)–Legazpi, Inc. led the batch with an impressive 95.47%, while Stan Matthew Samson Taylaran of the University of San Carlos placed second with 94.95%.
In the April 2024 licensure exam, the highest rating went to Rhedz-wei Talling Hadjula of Universidad de Zamboanga, who finished with 92.85%. Anthony Castillon Tocayon from the University of the Philippines–Manila followed in second place with 92.50%.
The November 2023 examinations saw Justine Kaye Fajardo Gajo of Centro Escolar University–Manila top the board with 93.25%. Karl Kirby Zosas Costales of the University of the Immaculate Conception–Davao claimed the second spot with 92.58%.
