MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) will announce on Friday, November 21, the complete results of the November 2025 Pharmacist board exam, including the lists of top performing schools and performance of schools.
PRC conducted the pharmacy licensure exam (PhLE) in Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, and Zamboanga on November 15 and 16, 2025.

Previous Examinations
For the April 2025 Pharmacists Licensure Examination (PHLE), Mariano Marcos State University–Batac led all schools with a 91.38% passing rate, as 53 out of 58 examinees made the cut. Southwestern University (SWU) followed with an 86.67% passing rate, with 52 out of 60 takers passing.
In the October 2024 exams, the University of the Philippines–Manila and Adamson University shared the top spot, both achieving a perfect 100% passing rate, with 58 and 53 passers, respectively.
During the April 2024 Pharmacist Licensure Exam, Mariano Marcos State University–Batac again dominated the rankings with a 96.88% passing rate (62 out of 64 passed). Southwestern University placed second, posting an 88.00% passing rate with 44 out of 50 examinees succeeding.
Meanwhile, the November 2023 examinations were topped by Saint Louis University (SLU), which recorded a 96.84% passing rate as 245 out of 253 examinees passed. Angeles University Foundation (AUF) followed closely with a 96.10% passing rate, with 74 out of 77 takers qualifying.
