MANILA, Philippines – The November 2025 Pharmacist Licensure Exam (PHLE) or pharmacy board exam results, including the full list of passers, top 10 (topnotchers), top performing school and performance of schools, will be released on November 21, 2025, within five (5) working days after the exam.
The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) administered the Pharmacy board exam in Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, and Zamboanga on November 15 and 16, 2025.
The members of the Board of Pharmacy who gave the licensure examination are Hon. Anthony Aldrin C. Santiago, Officer-In-Charge; Dr. Mildred B. Oliveros and Dr. Adelina C. Royo, Members.

Release of PHLE Results
According to PRC Resolution No. 1927 s. 2024, the Pharmacist Licensure Exam (PHLE) results will be released on Friday, November 21, 2025, five (5) working days after the exams.
Note that results may be released ahead of the target or on later date without prior notice. We advise takers to monitor announcement of results starting Wednesday, November 19 .
Registration and Oathtaking
PRC said that registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be done on-line. Please go to https://online.prc.gov.ph/ and follow instructions for initial registration.

Those who will register are required to bring the following:
- downloaded duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
- notice of admission (for identification only)
- 2 pieces passport sized pictures (colored with white background and complete name tag)
- 2 sets of documentary stamps
- 1 piece short brown envelope
Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.
Verification of Rating
Pharmacist board exam's verification of ratings (passers, non-passers and removal) will be done online.
Visit PRC's "Verification of Rating" service and enter the required information to verify your identity. Note that this will be available in few working days after the release of results.
Coverage of Examinations
Pharmacist board exam covered the following subjects: pharmaceutical chemistry, pharmacognosy and practice of pharmacy (November 10); pharmacology-pharmacokinetics, pharmaceutics and quality assurance/quality control (November 16).
Previous Examinations
For the April 2025 Pharmacist Licensure Exam, the PRC released the results in just two (2) working days. A total of 1,150 out of 1,907 examinees passed, with Yasser Nursam Salahud In Rizal from Universidad de Zamboanga topping the board with 93.50%.
The November 2024 Pharmacist Licensure Exam results were published after three (3) working days. Out of 3,778 examinees, 2,905 successfully passed. Jay Raynald Macabuhay Almojuela from University of Santo Tomas (UST)-Legazpi, Inc. led the passers with 95.47%.
Results for the April 2024 Pharmacist Licensure Exam came out in four (4) working days. A total of 1,185 out of 2,147 passed, with Rhedz-wei Talling Hadjula from Universidad de Zamboanga securing the top spot with 92.85%.
Meanwhile, the November 2023 PHLE results were released after three (3) working days. Of the 4,038 examinees, 2,974 passed. Justine Kaye Fajardo Gajo from Centro Escolar University–Manila topped the exam with 93.25%.
