MANILA, Philippines – The November 2025 Pharmacy Licensure Examination (PhLE) or Pharmacist board exam results, including the alphabetical list of passers, are expected to be released online on November 21, 2025, within five (5) working days after the exam.
The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) administered the pharmacy board exam on November 15 and 16, 2025 in Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, and Zamboanga.

Release of PHLE Results
According to PRC Resolution No. 1927 s. 2024, the Pharmacist Licensure Exam (PHLE) results will be released on Friday, November 21, 2025, five (5) working days after the exams.
Note that results may be released ahead of the target or on later date without prior notice. We advise takers to monitor announcement of results starting Wednesday, November 19 .
Schedule of Registration
The online registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) for the new Pharmacists and Certificate of Registration will be held on below schedule.

Those who will register must go to PRC's official site https://online.prc.gov.ph and follow instructions for smooth transactions. Ensure that you have below requirements ready:
- downloaded duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
- notice of admission (for identification only)
- 2 pieces passport sized pictures (colored with white background and complete name tag)
- 2 sets of documentary stamps
- 1 piece short brown envelope
PRC further advised passers to personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.
Verification of Ratings
All examinees, passed or failed, may verify their rating within few working days after the results were posted.
Visit the PRC Official site and proceed to the Verification Page.
Provide the required details such as examination name, exam date, application number, first name, last name, and birthdate.
Oath-taking
The PRC announces the schedule and venue of the oathtaking ceremony a few days after exam results are released.
Those attending the face-to-face mass oathtaking must register online at https://online.prc.gov.ph no later than 12:00 NN the day before the ceremony. Inductees must print the Oath Form with a QR code to be marked as "attended."
If unable to attend in person, passers may join an online oathtaking or request a special oathtaking. Announcements will be posted once the schedule is confirmed.
For the online oathtaking, register via PRC Online Services under “e-OATH.” Registration closes five (5) days before the virtual ceremony. The Oath Form must be printed and submitted online.
After the oathtaking, inductees should secure an appointment online to complete their Initial Registration.
