PNLE RESULTS – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) releases the November 2025 Philippine Nurses Licensure Exam, or Nursing Board Exam results today, November 26, 2025. This is in accordance with PRC Resolution No. 1927, Series of 2024, detailing the target release dates of board exam results.

The Nursing board exam results include the full list of passers, top 10 (topnotchers), top performing schools, performance of schools, and schedule of registration and oath-taking.

The PRC announced that 40,692 out of 45,192 examinees passed the November 2025 PNLE, posting a record-breaking 90.04% national passing rate.

This historic feat sets a new benchmark for the PNLE and stands as the highest national passing rate ever documented in modern times.

Meanwhile, the results of examinations with respect to six (6) examinees were withheld pending final determination of their liabilities under the rules and regulations governing licensure examinations.

The second Nurse board exam this year was administered on November 4 and 5, 2025 in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Calapan, Davao, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Palawan, Pampanga, Rosales, Tuguegarao, Zamboanga, Cabanatuan, and Ilocos Sur.

Meanwhile, the NLE in Cebu, Iloilo, and Tacloban was rescheduled to November 6 and 7, 2025 due to Typhoon “Tino”.

The members of the Board of Nursing who gave the licensure examination are Hon. Leah Primitiva S. Paquiz, Chairperson; Hon. Elsie A. Tee, Hon. Zenaida C. Gagno, Hon. Mary Grace C. Lacanaria, Hon. Mila Delia M. Llanes, Hon. Merle L. Salvani and Hon. Josefina A. Tuazon, Members.

  20. I am disappointed with PRC. As stated in PRC Resolution No. 1927, Series of 2024, the target release date for the board exam results was clearly set. Why can’t you uphold this commitment? The delay has caused unnecessary stress for examinees who relied on your announced schedule, and you have been teasing everyone since 25 November.
