MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) will release results of November 2025 Nurse Licensure Examination (NLE) or nursing board exam, on Wednesday, November 26, 2025, twelve (12) working days after the last day of exam.

PRC and the Board of Nursing (BoN) administered the nursing board exam in various testing centers nationwide on November 4 and 5, 2025 in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Calapan, Davao, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Palawan, Pampanga, Rosales, Tuguegarao, Zamboanga, Cabanatuan, and Ilocos Sur.

Note that the NLE in Cebu, Iloilo, and Tacloban was rescheduled to November 6 and 7, 2025 due to Typhoon Tino.

Release of NLE Results

According to PRC Resolution No. 1927 series of 2024, the November 2025 Nurses Licensure Exam (NLE) results will be released on Wednesday, November 26, 2025, or within twelve (12) working days.

However, results may be released ahead of the target or on later date without prior notice. We advise takers to monitor announcement of results starting Friday, November 21, 2025.

In the same period last year (November 2024), PRC announced results in fourteen (14) working days. The Commission reported that 29,349 out of 34,534 candidates successfully passed.

Registration and Oathtaking

Registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be done on-line. Please go to online.prc.gov.ph and follow instructions for initial registration.

Date of Registration: To be announced

Those who will register are required to bring the following:

  • downloaded duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
  • notice of admission (for identification only)
  • 2 pieces passport sized pictures (colored with white background and complete name tag)
  • 2 sets of documentary stamps
  • 1 piece short brown envelope

Pursuant to Section 16, of Republic Act No. 9173, “all successful candidates in the examination shall be required to take an oath of professional before the Board or any government official authorized to administer oaths prior to entering upon the nursing practice.”

Verification of Ratings

All examinees of the November 2025 Philippine Nurses Licensure Exam (PNLE) may verify their ratings online in few working days after the posting of results.

Refer to PRC Official Website to check your board exam ratings or score.

The examinee is required to provide only the exam name, examination date, application number, first name, last name, and date of birth.

Coverage of Examination

The two-day exam covered competencies in relation to the 11 key areas of responsibility contained in the Competency Standards of Nursing Practice in the Philippines. These areas are categorized as follows: patient care, empowering, enabling and enhancing competencies.

The five (5) parts of the NLE are the following:

  • Nursing Practice I (Community Health Nursing)
  • Nursing Practice II (Care of Healthy/At Risk Mother and Child)
  • Nursing Practice III (Care of Clients with Physiologic and Psychosocial Alternations - Part A)
  • Nursing Practice IV (Care of Clients with Physiologic and Psychosocial Alternations - Part B)
  • Nursing Practice V (Care of Clients with Physiologic and Psychosocial Alternations - Part C)
