MANILA, Philippines – The full list of topnotchers or top 10 passers in the November 2025 Philippine Nurses Licensure Examination (PNLE), also known as nursing board exam, is available here as released on Wednesday, November 26, 2025, or within thirteen (13) working days after the last day of exam.
The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) administered the second Nurse Licensure Exam (NLE) this year on November 4 and 5, 2025 in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Calapan, Davao, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Palawan, Pampanga, Rosales, Tuguegarao, Zamboanga, Cabanatuan, and Ilocos Sur.
Meanwhile, the NLE in Cebu, Iloilo, and Tacloban was rescheduled to November 6 and 7, 2025 due to Typhoon “Tino”.

Previous Examinations
In the May 2025 Philippine Nurses Licensure Examination (PNLE), Angelica Ferrer Dator of Southern Luzon State University (SLSU)-Lucban secured the top spot with a rating of 90.00%, followed by Dorisse Ann Flores Laygo of Philippine Women's University (PWU)-Manila with 89.80%.
In the November 2024 PNLE, Chariemae Nuñez Cañazares of Cebu Normal University led the list of passers with 92.60%. Arianne Marie Baltero Estrella of the University of the Philippines (UP)-Manila placed second with 92.20%.
In the May 2024 PNLE, Abigail Escueta Cayanan of St. Jude College-Dasmariñas, Cavite, Inc. topped the board with 92.60%, while Jim Jerico Cedric Garo Uy of Saint Paul University-Tuguegarao followed with 91.80%.
In the November 2023 PNLE, two examinees shared the top rank: Aristotle Calayan Castronuevo of Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila and Cris Vinz Corpuz Tomboc of West Visayas State University (WVSU)-La Paz, both with 91.00%. Carl Justine Talavera Pantig of the University of the Assumption placed second with 90.80%.

Schedule of Initial Registration
Online registration for new passers/successful examinees for license issuance will be conducted on the following date/s: To be announced (TBA)
Initial registrants are advised to register via the official website of PRC and follow instructions for initial registration. Here are the requirements:
- downloaded duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
- notice of admission (for identification only)
- 2 pieces passport sized pictures (colored with white background and complete name tag)
- 2 sets of documentary stamps
- 1 piece short brown envelope
Verification of Ratings
All examinees of the November 2025 Philippine Nurses Licensure Exam (PNLE), successful and unsuccessful, may verify their ratings online in few working days after the posting of results.
Refer to PRC Official Website to check your board exam ratings or score.
The examinee is required to provide only the exam name, examination date, application number, first name, last name, and date of birth.
Oathtaking Details
The PRC will announce oathtaking schedules in few days after the release of exam results, and those attending in person must register by noon the day before via https://online.prc.gov.ph.
Inductees must print and bring their personalized Oath Form with a QR code for attendance tagging; those unable to attend in person can opt for an online or special oathtaking.
Following the ceremony, inductees must schedule their Initial Registration online through the same portal.
Coverage of Examinations
The two-day exam covered competencies in relation to the 11 key areas of responsibility contained in the Competency Standards of Nursing Practice in the Philippines. These areas are categorized as follows: patient care, empowering, enabling and enhancing competencies.
The five (5) parts of the NLE are the following:

- Nursing Practice II (Care of Healthy/At Risk Mother and Child)
- Nursing Practice III (Care of Clients with Physiologic and Psychosocial Alternations - Part A)
