MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) released the complete results of the September 2026 Psychometrician Licensure Exam (PmLE) on September 23, 2026, three (3) working days after the last day of exam.
As announced, 14,146 out of 15,423 (91.72%) passed the September 2026 PmLE, marking the highest national passing rate in PmLE history since the licensure exam was first administered in 2014.
The 91.72% passing rate surpassed the previous record-high rate of 86.98% recorded in the September 2025 PmLE, when 12,416 out of 14,275 examinees passed.
The result of examination with respect to one (1) examinee was withheld pending final determination of his/her liabilities under the rules and regulations governing licensure examinations.
PRC administered the September 2026 Psychometrician board exam, formerly BLEPP, in 13 testing locations—Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Palawan, Rosales, and Tuguegarao—on September 1 and 2, 2026.
Note: The examination was originally scheduled for August 19 and 20 but was postponed to the first week of September due to weather disturbances brought by the Southwest Monsoon (Habagat). The examination in Pampanga was subsequently rescheduled to September 17 and 18 due to widespread flooding across Central Luzon.
The PRC also conducted Psychology board exam on the same date and testing centers.

Pursuant to PRC Resolution No. 2004-223 dated July 19, 2004, results of examinations are final and request for reconsideration of failing grades is not allowed.
Psychometrician board exam passers' next tasks are to register, take oath and exercise nursing profession. Information on registration, oathtaking schedule, requirements and verification of ratings (VOR) are all available here as we update this site with details from PRC.
Verification of Ratings
All examinees, whether they passed or failed, may verify their individual ratings a few working days after the results are posted.
To verify your rating, visit the Licensure Examination and Registration Information System (LERIS).
You may also access the LERIS verification page through the PRC official website by selecting the Verification of Rating option under the Other eServices section.
Once on the LERIS page, follow these steps:
Select the Exam Name (PSYCHOMETRICIAN) and Exam Date (September 2026). Then enter your First Name, Last Name, Application Number, and Birthdate to view your rating.
Schedule of Initial Registration
Registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be done on-line. Please go to online.prc.gov.ph and follow instructions for initial registration.

Oathtaking Details
PRC said that Pursuant to Section 16, of Republic Act No. 9173, “all successful candidates in the examination shall be required to take an oath of professional before the Board or any government official authorized to administer oaths prior to entering upon the nursing practice.”
