MANILA, Philippines – The Civil Service Commission (CSC) releases today, July 16, 2026 the complete results of the June 2026 Fire Officer Examination (FOE) and Penology Officer Examination (POE).
The CSC confirmed through Examination Advisory No. 08, s. 2026 that the list of passers and eligibles for the June 7, 2026 FOE and POE will be released today.
CSC said that a total of 22,211 examinees took the FOE while 10,812 examinees tried their luck on POE, with the tests conducted across 16 regions nationwide.
The CSC said the resulting eligibilities—Fire Officer Eligibility and the Penology Officer Eligibility—are both second level eligibilities that are specific and appropriate for second level ranks in the fire protection and jail management and penology services, respectively, and other functionally related services. The appropriateness of these eligibilities, though, does not include ranks under the Philippine National Police, the CSC clarified.

Individual Examination Result/Rating Through OCSERGS
Examinees, both passed and failed, can generate their individual test result using the Online Civil Service Examination Result Generation System (OCSERGS) by July 27, 2026. Please note that no report of rating shall be mailed to individual examinees.
The examinee should encode/fill in the required data in the corresponding data fields under the personal information, and the details of examination (i.e., date, type, a n d place of examination) accurately, following the illustrated/indicated format.

Important Notice from CSC
Test results, including the exact values of the ratings, released by the CSC are FINAL AND IRREVERSIBLE. The CSC does not implement re-checking of test results in all types of civil service examinations nor does it apply any mathematical rounding of decimal value on test results/ratings.
