MANILA, Philippines – The June 2026 Civil Service Exam results for Fire Officer Examination (FOE) and Penology Officer Examination (POE) are released on July 16, 2024, within 40 calendar days after the exam.
CSC said that a total of 22,211 examinees took the FOE while 10,812 examinees tried their luck on POE, with the tests conducted across 16 regions nationwide on June 7, 2026.
The CSC said the resulting eligibilities—Fire Officer Eligibility and the Penology Officer Eligibility—are both second level eligibilities that are specific and appropriate for second level ranks in the fire protection and jail management and penology services, respectively, and other functionally related services. The appropriateness of these eligibilities, though, does not include ranks under the Philippine National Police, the CSC clarified.

Release of Results
The CSC issued Examination Advisory No. 08, s. 2026 on July 6 confirming release of results on July 16.
To quote, CSC said: Please be advised that the List of Passers for the 07 June 2026 FOE and POE shall be posted on the CSC Website www.csc.gov.ph | Examination Results by 16 July 2026. The posting shall also include the Top Passers1 at the national level.
Passing Grade
To pass the test, an examinee should get a general rating of at least 80.00.
Verification of Rating
Examinees, both passed and failed, can generate their individual test result using the Online Civil Service Examination Result Generation System (OCSERGS) by July 27, 2026. Please note that no report of rating shall be mailed to individual examinees.
Examinees are advised to be ready with their Examinee Number as it will be required in accessing their individual rating. Moreover, examinees should encode/fill in the required data in the corresponding data fields under the personal information, and the details of examination (i.e., date, type, and place of examination) accurately, following the illustrated/indicated format therein.
Certificate of Eligibility
Passers shall be issued a Certification of Eligibility (CoE) printed on CSC letterhead.
Those who will pass should coordinate and verify first through CSC announcement if their Certification is already available before going to the CSC Regional/Field Office. Contact numbers of the CSC office may be accessed at the CSC website.
