MANILA, Philippines – The Civil Service Commission (CSC) officially released on Thursday, July 16, 2026, the results of the June 2026 Fire Officer Examination (FOE) and Penology Officer Examination (POE). Below are the details on how examinees can verify and generate their ratings through the Online Civil Service Examination Result Generation System (OCSERGS).
Overall, 4,405 out of an estimated 27,121 examinees (16.24%) successfully passed the June 2026 FOE and POE.
For the FOE, an estimated 2,917 out of 18,017 examinees passed, translating to a 16.19% passing rate. Meanwhile, 1,488 out of 9,104 examinees passed the POE, equivalent to a 16.34% passing rate.
*Note: The CSC did not disclose the actual number of FOE examinees. The estimated figure of 18,017 was derived from the reported 2,917 passers and the published 16.19% passing rate.

Online Verification of Ratings
Both successful and unsuccessful examinees may access their individual test results through the Online Civil Service Examination Result Generation System (OCSERGS) beginning July 27, 2026 (Monday).
The OCSERGS is available through the CSC website or directly at https://erpo.csc.gov.ph/ocsergs/.
To access their rating, examinees must enter their Examinee Number, along with their personal information and examination details, including the examination date, type, and place of examination. All information must be entered accurately and in the format specified on the portal.
After successful verification, the system will generate the examinee's official rating, which may be viewed online and printed for future reference.
How to fill-out OCSERGS Portal
1. LAST NAME
This field is spelling and space-sensitive. Double-check the spelling and make sure there are no extra/unnecessary spaces.
2. FIRST NAME
This field is spelling and space-sensitive. Double-check the spelling and make sure there are no extra/unnecessary spaces.
3. EXTENSION NAME
Indicate your extension name (if any). Leave this blank if you have no extension name. Remember that all fields are information-sensitive.
4. MIDDLE INITIAL
Do not indicate your middle name. DO NOT put a period (.) after your middle initial/s.
5. DATE OF BIRTH
Format MM/DD/YYYY. This field requires two-digit numbers for 'month' and 'date'. For single-digit numbers, add a zero (0) before the number. As this field is format-sensitive, all incorrect format is invalid.
6. DATE OF EXAMINATION
From the dropdown menu, select the date of examination.
7. TYPE OF EXAMINATION
From the dropdown menu, select the specific type of examination you have taken.
8. CSC OFFICE
From the dropdown menu, select the appropriate Regional Office that has jurisdiction over the testing center where you took the examination.
9. CHECK BOX
Tick the box as confirmation that you accept the CSC Privacy Policy.
10. SUBMIT
Double-check everything before clicking the 'submit' button. And prepare your heart for what you might see.
NOTE: In case that "Examinee Data Cannot Be Found in the Database" error prompts, verify if all the information indicated are correct. When correct information is already provided but the examinee data still cannot be generated, please reach out to the CSC Regional or Field office where you filed the exam application.

Certification of Eligibility
Passers may request a Certification of Eligibility (CoE) printed on the CSC's official letterhead starting August 19, 2026. This letterhead CoE is issued free of charge by the CSC Regional or Field Office where the examination was taken.
The CSC strongly advises passers to verify the availability of the Certification of Eligibility before visiting the Regional or Field Office. Passers may check the CSC Regional and Field Offices Directory for updates and contact information.
The letterhead CoE must be claimed personally by the passer at the concerned CSC Regional or Field Office. Representatives are not allowed to claim the document on behalf of the passer. Claimants must present any of the accepted civil service examination identification cards.
Passers who have transferred to another region or are residing or working in a remote area may personally claim their letterhead CoE at the nearest CSC Regional or Field Office, which will serve as the conduit office.
Passers may also apply for a regular Certification of Eligibility printed on security paper for a corresponding fee.
The security paper CoE and its authenticated copy/ies may be requested from any of the 16 CSC Regional Offices nationwide, regardless of where the examination was taken. For additional information, including appointment requirements and application procedures, passers are advised to contact the concerned CSC Regional Office directly.
