MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) is set to release soon the complete results of the November 2025 Midwifery Licensure Exam (MLE), including the list of top-performing schools and the overall performance of institutions.
PRC conducted the Midwives Licensure Exam on November 8 and 9, 2025 in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, and Zamboanga.
Note: The second day of the November 2025 MLE in Legazpi City was rescheduled to November 16, 2025 due to Super Typhoon “Uwan”.

The April 2025 Midwife Licensure Exam (MLE) saw Bataan Peninsula State University (BPSU) - Main Campus dominate the category of schools with 30 or more examinees, posting a perfect 100% passing rate as all 82 of its takers passed. University of Northern Philippines (UNP) - Vigan followed in second place with a 97.56% passing rate, or 40 out of 41 passers.
During the November 2024 Licensure Examination for Midwives, St. Alexius College and Davao Medical School Foundation both achieved a 100% passing rate, with 56 and 35 passers, respectively. Bohol Island State University (BISU)-Calape secured the second spot with 98.33%, or 59 out of 60 examinees passing the board.
Meanwhile, in the April 2024 Midwife Licensure Exam, BPSU-Main Campus once again took the top spot with a 98.46% passing rate, or 64 out of 65 passers. Cavite State University (CavSU) followed closely with 94.59%, or 35 out of 37 successful examinees.
For the November 2023 Licensure Examination for Midwives, UNP-Vigan led with a perfect 100% passing rate, as all 40 of its takers passed. BISU-Calape came next with 98.25%, or 56 out of 57 examinees passing.
