Top 10: Midwife Licensure Exam Results November 2025

MANILA, Philippines – The November 2025 Midwife Licensure Exam (MLE) results, including the list of topnotchers or top 10 passers, are released on or before November 19, 2025, three (3) working days after the last day of exam.

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) recognizes the highest placers for the November 8 and 9, 2025 Midwife licensure exams (MLE), conducted in various testing centers nationwide: Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, and Zamboanga.

Note: The second day of the November 2025 MLE in Legazpi City was rescheduled to November 16, 2025 due to Super Typhoon “Uwan”.

Previous Examinations

The April 2025 Midwife Licensure Exam (MLE) saw Rona Marie Villaflor Ramos of Bataan Peninsula State University (BPSU) - Main Campus emerge as the topnotcher with a score of 92.60%. Gabriel Antonio Berces (Ago Medical and Educational Center - Bicol Christian College of Medicine) and Niecel Marie Escobido Dotimas (Integrated Midwives Association of the Philippines Foundation School of Midwifery) shared the second spot, each posting 92.55%.

During the November 2024 Licensure Examination for Midwives, Bernard Isaac Badar Alido from the University of the Philippines School of Health and Sciences - Leyte secured the top rank with 92.60%, followed by Dol Rich Jay Mangin of Gordon College with 92.05%.

Meanwhile, the April 2024 MLE was led by Judah Paulo Espero of Camarines Sur Polytechnic College - Nabua with 91.70%, while Samantha May Aglit Torcuan (University of the Philippines School of Health and Sciences - Leyte) placed second with 91.60%.

For the November 2023 MLE, Janelle Toledo Fauni of Cavite State University (CavSU) topped the board with 91.65%, closely followed by Mary Jane Sayson Espiso, also of CavSU, who ranked second with 91.55%.
