MANILA, Philippines – The November 2025 Midwife Licensure Exam (MLE) results, including the official list of passers, topnotchers (top 10), top performing schools and performance of schools, are expected to be released on or before November 19, 2025, three (3) working days after the last day of exam.
PRC administered the second MLE this year on November 8 and 9, 2025 in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, and Zamboanga.
Note: The second day of the November 2025 MLE in Legazpi City was rescheduled to November 16, 2025 due to Super Typhoon “Uwan”.

Release of MLE Results
According to PRC Resolution No. 1927 s. 2024, the Midwife board exam results will be released on Wednesday, November 12, 2025.
But due to the rescheduling of the second day of exams in Legazpi City, examinees may expect release of MLE results between November 17 and 19, 2025, within three (3) working days after the exams.
Registration and Oathtaking
Registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be done on-line. Please go to www.prc.gov.ph and follow instructions for initial registration.
Date of Registration: TBA
Those who will register are required to bring the following:
- downloaded duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
- notice of admission (for identification only)
- 2 pieces passport sized pictures (colored with white background and complete name tag)
- 2 sets of documentary stamps
- 1 piece short brown envelope
Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals, PRC said.
Verification of Rating
Midwife board exam's verification of ratings (passers, non-passers and removal) can be done online.
Visit PRC's "Verification of Rating" service and provide the required information to verify your identity. Note that this will be available in few working days after the release of results.
Coverage of Examinations
The November 2025 Midwives Board Exam covered the following subjects: obstetrics, fundamentals of health care, infant care and feeding (Day 1) and primary health care and professional growth and development (Day 2).
Previous Examinations
The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) typically releases Midwife Licensure Examination (MLE) results within three (3) working days. Here’s a look at recent examinations:
In April 2025, 1,975 out of 3,444 examinees passed. Rona Marie Villaflor Ramos from Bataan Peninsula State University (BPSU) – Main Campus topped the board with 92.60%.
For November 2024, 3,997 of 5,398 examinees successfully passed. Bernard Isaac Badar Alido from the University of the Philippines School of Health Sciences – Leyte led the passers with 92.60%.
In April 2024, 1,698 out of 2,975 examinees passed. Judah Paulo Espero from Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges – Nabua secured the top spot with 91.70%.
For November 2023, 2,800 of 4,119 examinees passed. Janelle Toledo Fauni from Cavite State University topped the board with 91.65%.
