MANILA, Philippines – The November 2025 Philippine Nurses Licensure Exam (PNLE) results are released on Wednesday, November 26, 2025, fifteen (15) working days after the last day of exam.
The PNLE results include the full list of passers, top 10 (topnotchers), top performing schools, performance of schools and schedule of registration and oath-taking.
The PRC announced that 40,692 out of 45,192 examinees passed the November 2025 PNLE, posting a record-breaking 90.04% national passing rate.
This historic feat sets a new benchmark for the PNLE and stands as the highest national passing rate ever documented in modern times.
Meanwhile, the results of examinations with respect to six (6) examinees were withheld pending final determination of their liabilities under the rules and regulations governing licensure examinations.
The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) administered the second regular NLE this year on November 4 and 5, 2025 in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Calapan, Davao, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Palawan, Pampanga, Rosales, Tuguegarao, Zamboanga, Cabanatuan, and Ilocos Sur.
Meanwhile, the NLE in Cebu, Iloilo, and Tacloban was rescheduled to November 6 and 7, 2025 due to Typhoon “Tino”.

Release of NLE Results
Exclusive Update November 27, as of 1:00 AM: The PRC Rating Division told The Summit Express that the results will be posted any time soon. “Malapit na. Ongoing na ang signatures ng Board. Kindly wait for the results.”
Update November 26, 2025 as of 3:00 PM: PRC has confirmed that PNLE results will be released today.
To quote, PRC stated: "Stay tuned and keep yourselves posted as the November 2025 Nurses Licensure Examinations results... will be released within the day!"
Exclusive Update November 26, 2025 as of 9:00 AM: The PRC Rating Division confirmed to The Summit Express that the November 2025 PNLE results will be released today.
According to PRC, the Board of Nursing (BoN) is currently convened for the final deliberation and validation of the nursing board exam results.
“Yes po, tatapusin po nila 'yun today. Possible by afternoon,” PRC said.
According to PRC Resolution No. 1927 series of 2024, the November 2025 Nurses Licensure Exam (NLE) results will be released on Wednesday, November 26, 2025, or within fifteen (15) working days.
Schedule of Initial Registration
Online registration for new passers/successful examinees for license issuance will be conducted on the following date/s: Starting December 23, 2025
Initial registrants are advised to register via the official website of PRC and follow instructions for initial registration. Here are the requirements:
- downloaded duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
- notice of admission (for identification only)
- 2 pieces passport sized pictures (colored with white background and complete name tag)
- 2 sets of documentary stamps
- 1 piece short brown envelope
Oathtaking Details
The PRC will announce oathtaking schedules in few days after the release of exam results, and those attending in person must register by noon the day before via https://online.prc.gov.ph.
Inductees must print and bring their personalized Oath Form with a QR code for attendance tagging; those unable to attend in person can opt for an online or special oathtaking.
Following the ceremony, inductees must schedule their Initial Registration online through the same portal.
Verification of Ratings
All examinees of the November 2025 Philippine Nurses Licensure Exam (PNLE), successful and unsuccessful, may verify their ratings online in few working days after the posting of results.
Refer to PRC Official Website to check your board exam ratings or score.
The examinee is required to provide only the exam name, examination date, application number, first name, last name, and date of birth.
Coverage of Examination
The two-day exam covered competencies in relation to the 11 key areas of responsibility contained in the Competency Standards of Nursing Practice in the Philippines. These areas are categorized as follows: patient care, empowering, enabling and enhancing competencies.
The five (5) parts of the PNLE are the following:
- Nursing Practice I (Community Health Nursing)
- Nursing Practice II (Care of Healthy/At Risk Mother and Child)
- Nursing Practice III (Care of Clients with Physiologic and Psychosocial Alternations - Part A)
- Nursing Practice IV (Care of Clients with Physiologic and Psychosocial Alternations - Part B)
- Nursing Practice V (Care of Clients with Physiologic and Psychosocial Alternations - Part C)
Previous Examinations
In the May 2025 Philippine Nurses Licensure Examination (PNLE), the PRC released the results within five (5) working days. A total of 6,935 out of 10,770 examinees passed. Angelica Ferrer Dator of Southern Luzon State University (SLSU)-Lucban topped the board with a score of 90.00%.
For the November 2024 PNLE, results were announced in fourteen (14) working days. PRC reported that 29,349 out of 34,534 candidates successfully passed. Chariemae Nuñez Cañazares from Cebu Normal University led the passers with a rating of 92.60%.
In the May 2024 PNLE, results were released in just four (4) working days. A total of 7,749 out of 11,116 examinees passed the exam. Abigail Escueta Cayanan of St. Jude College-Dasmariñas, Cavite Inc. emerged as the topnotcher with 92.60%.
Meanwhile, in the November 2023 PNLE, PRC announced the results after fourteen (14) working days. A total of 25,761 out of 32,203 examinees passed. Two examinees shared the top spot: Aristotle Calayan Castronuevo from Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila and Cris Vinz Corpuz Tomboc from West Visayas State University – La Paz, both scoring 91.00%.
For the May 2023 Nursing Licensure Examination, PRC released the results in ten (10) working days. Out of 14,364 examinees, 10,764 successfully passed. Cristin Bagang Pangan from the University of the Philippines (UP)-Manila secured the highest rating of 91.60%.
