MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) released the full results of the November 2025 Philippine Nurse Licensure exam (PNLE) on November 26, 2025, within fifteen (15) working days after the last day of exam.
PRC administered the second regular NLE this year on November 4 and 5, 2025 in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Calapan, Davao, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Palawan, Pampanga, Rosales, Tuguegarao, Zamboanga, Cabanatuan, and Ilocos Sur.
Meanwhile, the NLE in Cebu, Iloilo, and Tacloban was rescheduled to November 6 and 7, 2025 due to Typhoon “Tino.”

Pursuant to PRC Resolution No. 2004-223 dated July 19, 2004, results of examinations are final and request for reconsideration of failing grades is not allowed.
Nursing board exam passers' next tasks are to register, take oath and exercise nursing profession. Information on registration, oathtaking schedule, requirements and verification of ratings (VOR) are all available here as we update this site with details from PRC.
Schedule of Initial Registration
Registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be done on-line. Please go to online.prc.gov.ph and follow instructions for initial registration.
Date of Registration: Starting December 23, 2025
Those who will register are required to bring the following:
- downloaded duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
- notice of admission (for identification only)
- 2 pieces passport sized pictures (colored with white background and complete name tag)
- 2 sets of documentary stamps
- 1 piece short brown envelope
Oathtaking Details
PRC said that Pursuant to Section 16, of Republic Act No. 9173, “all successful candidates in the examination shall be required to take an oath of professional before the Board or any government official authorized to administer oaths prior to entering upon the nursing practice.”
On December 3, PRC announced that the face-to-face mass oathtaking of the new Nurses will be held on December 22 and 23, 2025 at the Function Room, SMX Convention Center Manila, Seashell Lane, Mall of Asia Complex, Pasay City.
All successful examinees interested in attending the face-to-face mass oathtaking shall register not later than 12:00 NN of the day prior to the date of the oathtaking at https://online.prc.gov.ph/ to confirm their attendance.
Please note that registration on LERIS does not guarantee a reserved slot for the oathtaking until a ticket is secured. Seating will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
Inductees shall come in WHITE GALA UNIFORM (below the knee) and CAP for female; WHITE CLINICAL UNIFORM for male; and are required to PRINT the Oath Form with their own generated QR. This will be submitted during the oathtaking to be tagged as "attended".
Those who cannot attend the scheduled face-to-face mass oathtaking may attend the online oathtaking or request a special oathtaking. Online Oathtaking announcements will be posted once the schedule is confirmed.
After the oathtaking, inductees shall proceed with their Initial Registration by securing an online appointment at https://online.prc.gov.ph/.

Verification of Ratings
All examinees of the November 2025 Philippine Nurses Licensure Exam (PNLE), successful and unsuccessful, may verify their ratings online in few working days after the posting of results.
Refer to PRC Official Website to check your board exam ratings or score.
The examinee is required to provide only the exam name, examination date, application number, first name, last name, and date of birth.
