MANILA, Philippines – The August 2025 Civil Service Exam – Pen and Paper Test (CSE-PPT) results are released and posted on the Civil Service Commission (CSC) website on Monday, October 13, 2025.
The official release date was announced on Tuesday, October 7, 2025, via Examination Advisory No. 15, s. 2025. The advisory states:
"Please be advised that the new schedule for the actual release of passers/eligibles for the 10 August 2025 Career Service Examination, Pen and Paper Test (CSE-PPT), Professional and SubProfessional levels, will be on 13 October 2025."
Earlier, CSC had targeted October 18, 2025, as the release date, as indicated in Examination Announcement No. 05 dated April 24, 2025. The adjustment reflects the actual number of examinees and processing time.
A total of 331,675 individuals took the August 2025 Career Service Examination – Pen and Paper Test (CSE-PPT) across 95 testing centers in 16 regions nationwide. CSC explained that, considering the actual examinee count and processing requirements, the release would be no later than October 14, 2025.

August 2024 CSE-PPT: Results came out within 65 days. Out of 329,465 examinees, 47,449 (14.40%) passed.

How to Check Your CSE Rating via OCSERGS
All examinees, whether passed or failed, may view their individual test results through the Online Civil Service Examination Result Generation System (OCSERGS), accessible on the CSC website starting October 25, 2025 (Saturday) or as indicated in the official advisory.
Applicants must provide accurate details in the required fields, including personal information and exam details such as date, type, and testing location.

Certification of Eligibility (CoE) for Passers
Successful examinees will receive a Certification of Eligibility (CoE) printed on CSC letterhead. Before claiming, passers should confirm the availability of their certificate through CSC announcements or by contacting the nearest CSC Regional or Field Office.
