CELE RESULTS — The full results of the September 2026 Civil Engineer Licensure Examination (CELE), including the list of passers, topnotchers (top 10), top performing school and performance of schools, are released by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) on Friday, October 2, 2026, five (5) working days after the last day of exams.

As announced, 6,337 out of 17,062 (37.14%) passed the September 2026 CELE.

The results of examination with respect to eight (8) examinees were withheld pending final determination of their liabilities under the rules and regulations governing licensure examinations.

The Commission conducted the second regular CELE this year on September 26 and 27, 2026 in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Calapan, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Palawan, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, Zamboanga and Ilocos Sur.

Release of Results

Update as of 9:00 AM, October 2, 2026: PRC confirmed that September 2026 CELE results will be released today.

According to PRC Resolution No. 2113 s. 2025, the September 2026 Civil Engineering Licensure Examination (CELE) results will be released on Friday, October 2, 2026, five (5) working days after the tests.

Registration and Oathtaking

PRC said that registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration for the new civil engineers (RCEs) will be done on-line. Please go to www.prc.gov.ph and follow instructions for initial registration.

Date of Registration: Starting November 11, 2026

Those who will register are required to bring the following:

  • screenshot of system-generated Registration Form
  • valid government-issued ID

Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.

The date of the oathtaking ceremony of the new successful examinees in the said examination WILL BE ANNOUNCED LATER.

Verification of Rating

The Civil Engineering board exam's verification of ratings (passers, non-passers and removal) can be done online.

Visit PRC's "Verification of Rating" service and provide the required information to verify your identity. Note that this will be available in few working days after the release of results.

Coverage of Examinations

The Civil Engineer Licensure Examination covers the following major subjects:

  • Principles of Structural Analysis and Design (PSAD) – 35%
  • Applied Mathematics, Surveying, Principles of Transportation and Highway Engineering, Construction Management and Methods – 35%
  • Hydraulics and Principles of Geotechnical Engineering – 30%

Previous Examinations

In the March 2026 Civil Engineers Licensure Examination (CELE), the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) released the results five (5) working days after the last day of the examinations. A total of 6,438 out of 18,370 examinees passed, with Rico Quiñones Elao of Cebu Technological University-Main and Marc Zendrijk Valdez Pasumbal of Mapua University-Manila sharing the top spot with identical ratings of 94.10%.

For the November 2025 CELE, the PRC released the results five (5) working days after the examinations. Of the 14,043 examinees, 4,268 passed the licensure exam. Jonathan Conrad Go Yu of the University of San Carlos topped the examination with a rating of 91.75%.

In the April 2025 CELE, results were released four (4) working days after the last day of the examinations. A total of 4,940 out of 16,913 examinees passed, led by Carlos Miguel Fabon Mariano of Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila, who earned the highest rating of 93.00%.
