MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) releases on Friday, October 2, 2026, the results of the September 2026 Civil Engineering (CE) Board Exam, including the top performing schools and performance of schools.
PRC administered the second CELE this year on September 26 and 27, 2026 in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Calapan, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Palawan, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, Zamboanga and Ilocos Sur.

Previous Examinations
University of Saint Louis–Tuguegarao was the lone top-performing school in the March 2026 Civil Engineers Licensure Examination (CELE), recording an 81.29% passing rate after 113 of its 139 examinees passed.
The University of the Philippines (UP)–Diliman led the top-performing schools in the November 2025 CELE, posting a 95.18% passing rate with 79 of 83 examinees successfully passing the examination.
UP–Diliman also topped the list in the April 2025 CELE, achieving an impressive 98.21% passing rate as 55 of its 56 examinees passed. The University of Southeastern Philippines–Davao City followed with an 83.87% passing rate, with 52 of 62 examinees passing.
Strong performance continued in the November–December 2024 CELE, where UP–Diliman recorded a 93.18% passing rate, with 82 of 88 examinees passing. Carlos C. Hilado Memorial State University–Talisay ranked second at 91.38%, with 53 of 58 examinees successfully passing.

Initial Registration Details
Online registration for new passers/successful examinees for license issuance will be conducted on the specified date by the PRC.
Those who will register are required to bring the following:

- valid government-issued ID
Verification of Ratings
All examinees of the September 2026 Civil Engineers Licensure Exam (CELE), successful and unsuccessful, may verify their ratings online in few working days after the posting of results.
Refer to PRC Official Website to check your board exam ratings or score.
The examinee is required to provide only the exam name, examination date, application number, first name, last name, and date of birth.
Details of the Oathtaking
The PRC will announce oathtaking schedules in few days after the release of exam results, and those attending in person must register by noon the day before via https://online.prc.gov.ph.
Inductees must print and bring their personalized Oath Form with a QR code for attendance tagging; those unable to attend in person can opt for an online or special oathtaking.
Following the ceremony, inductees must schedule their Initial Registration online through the same portal.
Coverage of Examination
The September 2026 Civil Engineers Licensure Exam (CELE) covered the following subjects: mathematics, surveying and transportation engineering (35%), hydraulics and geotechnical engineering (30%) and structural engineering and construction (35%).
