MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) releases results of the September 2026 Civil Engineers Licensure Exam (CELE), together with the complete list of passers, topnotchers (top 10), top performing schools and performance of schools, on Friday, October 2, 2026, five (5) working days after the last day of exam.

PRC administered the second Civil Engineering board exam this year on September 26 and 27, 2026 in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Calapan, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Palawan, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, Zamboanga and Ilocos Sur.

Release of Results

Update as of 9:00 AM, October 2, 2026: PRC confirmed that September 2026 CELE results will be released today.

To quote, PRC said: "Great News! The wait is almost over! The September 2026 Civil Engineers Licensure Examination (CELE) result will be released soon! Trust in the hard work you’ve put in, stay calm, and tune out the noise. You’ve done your part—now it’s time to claim the professional title you’ve worked so hard to earn! To the nation’s future Registered Civil Engineers, congratulations in advance! Your moment is coming. Keep the faith, future RCEs!"

According to PRC Resolution No. 2113 s. 2025, the September 2026 Civil Engineering Licensure Examination (CELE) results will be released on Friday, October 2, 2026, five (5) working days after the tests.

Schedule of Initial Registration

Online registration for new passers/successful examinees for license issuance will be conducted on the following date/s: To be announced (TBA)

Those who will register are required to bring the following:

  • screenshot of system-generated Registration Form
  • valid government-issued ID

Verification of Ratings

All examinees of the March 2026 Civil Engineers Licensure Exam (CELE), successful and unsuccessful, may verify their ratings online in few working days after the posting of results.

Refer to PRC Official Website to check your board exam ratings or score.

The examinee is required to provide only the exam name, examination date, application number, first name, last name, and date of birth.

Details of the Oathtaking

The PRC will announce oathtaking schedules in few days after the release of exam results, and those attending in person must register by noon the day before via https://online.prc.gov.ph.

Inductees must print and bring their personalized Oath Form with a QR code for attendance tagging; those unable to attend in person can opt for an online or special oathtaking.

Following the ceremony, inductees must schedule their Initial Registration online through the same portal.

Coverage of Examination

The Civil Engineer Licensure Examination covers the following major subjects:

  • Principles of Structural Analysis and Design (PSAD) – 35%
  • Applied Mathematics, Surveying, Principles of Transportation and Highway Engineering, Construction Management and Methods – 35%
  • Hydraulics and Principles of Geotechnical Engineering – 30%
