CELE RESULTS 2026 – The results of the September 2026 Civil Engineering Licensure Examination (CELE), including the list of topnotchers or top 10 passers, are released by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) on or before October 2, 2026, five (5) working days after the last day of exams.
PRC administered the second regular Civil Engineers (CE) Licensure Exam this year in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Calapan, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Palawan, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, Zamboanga and Ilocos Sur on September 26 and 27, 2026.

Previous Examinations
Rico Quiñones Elao of Cebu Technological University (CTU)-Main and Marc Zendrijk Valdez Pasumbal of Mapúa University-Manila shared the top spot in the March 2026 Civil Engineers Licensure Examination (CELE), both earning a rating of 94.10%. Benedick Fabruada Molano of Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila placed second with 92.65%.
Jonathan Conrad Go Yu of the University of San Carlos led the November 2025 CELE passers with a rating of 91.75%, followed by Jan Patrick Doria Barboco of the University of Pangasinan, who ranked second with 91.65%.
For the April 2025 CELE, Carlos Miguel Fabon Mariano of Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila (PLM) topped the examination with 93.00%. Nur Hameen Cabugatan Interino of Mindanao State University–Iligan Institute of Technology (MSU-IIT) came in second with a rating of 92.60%.
The November–December 2024 CELE saw Francis Charles Pepito Lauta of the University of Cebu post the highest rating at 93.25%. Josh Andrew Medina Martija of the University of the Philippines (UP)–Diliman followed in second place with 92.50%.

Initial Registration Details
Online registration for new passers/successful examinees for license issuance will be conducted on the specified date by the PRC.
Those who will register are required to bring the following:
- screenshot of system-generated Registration Form
- valid government-issued ID
Verification of Ratings
All examinees of the September 2026 Civil Engineers Licensure Exam (CELE), successful and unsuccessful, may verify their ratings online in few working days after the posting of results.
Refer to PRC Official Website to check your board exam ratings or score.
The examinee is required to provide only the exam name, examination date, application number, first name, last name, and date of birth.
Details of the Oathtaking
The PRC will announce oathtaking schedules in few days after the release of exam results, and those attending in person must register by noon the day before via https://online.prc.gov.ph.
Inductees must print and bring their personalized Oath Form with a QR code for attendance tagging; those unable to attend in person can opt for an online or special oathtaking.
Following the ceremony, inductees must schedule their Initial Registration online through the same portal.

- Principles of Structural Analysis and Design (PSAD) – 35%
- Applied Mathematics, Surveying, Principles of Transportation and Highway Engineering, Construction Management and Methods – 35%
