CELE RESULTS — The full results of the March 2026 Civil Engineer Licensure Examination (CELE), including the list of passers, topnotchers (top 10), top performing school and performance of schools, are released by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) on Tuesday, April 7, 2026, five (5) working days after the last day of exams.
The Commission conducted the first regular CELE this year on March 26 and 27, 2026 in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Calapan, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Palawan, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, Zamboanga, and Ilocos Sur.

Release of Results
Update (April 7, 2026, 9:30 AM): PRC has confirmed that the March 2026 Civil Engineer Licensure Examination (CELE) results will be released today.
In an official statement, PRC said: “Future Registered Civil Engineers, get excited and be primed as the March 2026 Civil Engineers Licensure Examination results will be released soon! Cheers and hats off to all passers and future professionals!”
Previous Update
According to PRC Resolution No. 2113 s. 2025, the March 2026 Civil Engineering Licensure Examination (CELE) results will be released on Tuesday, April 7, 2026, five (5) working days after the tests.
The release of the CELE results may vary depending on the volume of examinees and other relevant factors. Results may be released earlier or later than the target date. For reference, the April 2025 CELE results were released four (4) working days after the last day of the examinations.

Registration and Oathtaking
PRC said that registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration for the new civil engineers (RCEs) will be done on-line. Please go to www.prc.gov.ph and follow instructions for initial registration.
Date of Registration: To be announced
Those who will register are required to bring the following:
- downloaded duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
- notice of admission (for identification only)
- 2 pieces passport sized pictures (colored with white background and complete name tag)
- 2 sets of documentary stamps
- 1 piece short brown envelope
Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.
The date of the oathtaking ceremony of the new successful examinees in the said examination WILL BE ANNOUNCED LATER.
Verification of Rating
The Civil Engineering board exam's verification of ratings (passers, non-passers and removal) can be done online.
Visit PRC's "Verification of Rating" service and provide the required information to verify your identity. Note that this will be available in few working days after the release of results.
Coverage of Examinations
The Civil Engineer Licensure Examination covers the following major subjects:
- Principles of Structural Analysis and Design (PSAD) – 35%
- Applied Mathematics, Surveying, Principles of Transportation and Highway Engineering, Construction Management and Methods – 35%
- Hydraulics and Principles of Geotechnical Engineering – 30%
Previous Examinations
In the November 2025 Civil Engineers Licensure Examination (CELE), the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) released the results five (5) working days after the last day of examinations. A total of 4,268 out of 14,043 examinees passed the licensure exam. Jonathan Conrad Go Yu of the University of San Carlos topped the board with a rating of 91.75%.
For the April 2025 CELE, PRC released the results after four (4) working days. A total of 4,940 out of 16,913 examinees passed the examination, led by Carlos Miguel Fabon Mariano of Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila, who achieved the highest rating of 93.00%.
In the November–December 2024 CELE, results were released in just three (3) working days. Out of 18,436 examinees, 6,835 passed the licensure exam. Francis Charles Pepito Lauta of the University of Cebu ranked first with a top score of 93.25%.
