CELE RESULTS 2026 – The results of theMarch 2026 Civil Engineering Licensure Examination (CELE), including the list of topnotchers or top 10 passers, are released by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) on or before April 7, 2026, five (5) working days after the last day of exams.

PRC administered the first regular Civil Engineers (CE) Licensure Exam this year in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Calapan, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Palawan, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, Zamboanga, and Ilocos Sur on March 26 and 27, 2026.

Previous Examinations

In the November 2026 Civil Engineers Licensure Examination (CELE), Jonathan Conrad Go Yu of the University of San Carlos led the passers with a rating of 91.75%. Jan Patrick Doria Barboco of the University of Pangasinan followed closely in second place with 91.65%.

In the April 2025 CELE, Carlos Miguel Fabon Mariano of Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila (PLM) topped the board with an impressive 93.00%. He was followed by Nur Hameen Cabugatan Interino of Mindanao State University–Iligan Institute of Technology (MSU-IIT), who garnered 92.60%.

Meanwhile, in the November–December 2024 CELE, Francis Charles Pepito Lauta of the University of Cebu achieved the highest rating of 93.25%. Josh Andrew Medina Martija of the University of the Philippines (UP)–Diliman placed second with 92.50%.

In the April 2024 CELE, Ryan Sylvester Sy Chan and Cedric Jerome Carlos Donguines of De La Salle University (DLSU)–Manila shared the top spot after both earning identical ratings of 94.30%. John Carlo Tamayo Furiscal of Mapúa University–Manila ranked second with 93.95%.

Initial Registration Details

Online registration for new passers/successful examinees for license issuance will be conducted on the specified date by the PRC.

Initial registrants are advised to register via the official website of PRC and follow instructions for initial registration. Here are the requirements:

  • downloaded duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
  • notice of admission (for identification only)
  • 2 pieces passport sized pictures (colored with white background and complete name tag)
  • 2 sets of documentary stamps
  • 1 piece short brown envelope

Verification of Ratings

All examinees of the March 2026 Civil Engineers Licensure Exam (CELE), successful and unsuccessful, may verify their ratings online in few working days after the posting of results.

Refer to PRC Official Website to check your board exam ratings or score.

The examinee is required to provide only the exam name, examination date, application number, first name, last name, and date of birth.

Details of the Oathtaking

The PRC will announce oathtaking schedules in few days after the release of exam results, and those attending in person must register by noon the day before via https://online.prc.gov.ph.

Inductees must print and bring their personalized Oath Form with a QR code for attendance tagging; those unable to attend in person can opt for an online or special oathtaking.

Following the ceremony, inductees must schedule their Initial Registration online through the same portal.

The March 2026 Civil Engineers Licensure Exam (CELE) covered the following subjects:

  • Principles of Structural Analysis and Design (PSAD) – 35%
  • Applied Mathematics, Surveying, Principles of Transportation and Highway Engineering, Construction Management and Methods – 35%
  • Hydraulics and Principles of Geotechnical Engineering – 30%
