MANILA, Philippines – The March 2026 Civil Engineer Licensure Exam (CELE) results, including the alphabetical list of passers, are released by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) on or before April 7, 2026, five (5) working days after the last day of exams.
PRC conducted the first Civil Engineering board exam this year on March 26 and 27, 2026 in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Calapan, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Palawan, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, Zamboanga, and Ilocos Sur.

Release of Results
According to PRC Resolution No. 2113 s. 2025, the March 2026 Civil Engineering Licensure Examination (CELE) results will be released on Tuesday, April 7, 2026, five (5) working days after the tests.
The release of the CELE results may vary depending on the volume of examinees and other relevant factors. Results may be released earlier or later than the target date. For reference, the April 2025 CELE results were released four (4) working days after the last day of the examinations.
We advise examinees to start monitoring the release of results beginning Wednesday, April 1.

Initial Registration
Online registration for new passers/successful examinees for license issuance will be conducted on the following date/s: To be announced (TBA)
Initial registrants are advised to register via the official website of PRC and follow instructions for initial registration. Here are the requirements:
- downloaded duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
- notice of admission (for identification only)
- 2 pieces passport sized pictures (colored with white background and complete name tag)
- 2 sets of documentary stamps
- 1 piece short brown envelope
Verification of Ratings
All examinees of the March 2026 Civil Engineers Licensure Exam (CELE), successful and unsuccessful, may verify their ratings online in few working days after the posting of results.
Refer to PRC Official Website to check your board exam ratings or score.
The examinee is required to provide only the exam name, examination date, application number, first name, last name, and date of birth.
Details of the Oathtaking
The PRC will announce oathtaking schedules in few days after the release of exam results, and those attending in person must register by noon the day before via https://online.prc.gov.ph.
Inductees must print and bring their personalized Oath Form with a QR code for attendance tagging; those unable to attend in person can opt for an online or special oathtaking.
Following the ceremony, inductees must schedule their Initial Registration online through the same portal.

The March 2026 Civil Engineers Licensure Exam (CELE) covered the following subjects: mathematics, surveying and transportation engineering (35%), hydraulics and geotechnical engineering (30%) and structural engineering and construction (35%).
