MANILA, Philippines – The February 2026 Philippine Nurses Licensure Examination (PNLE) results, including the full list of topnotchers or top 10 passers, are released by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) on March 6, 2026, five (5) working days after the last day of exams.
PRC administered the first Nurse Licensure Exam (NLE) this year on February 26 and 27, 2026 in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Palawan, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, Zamboanga, Ilocos Sur, Dumaguete (Negros Oriental), Laguna, Lipa (Batangas), Tagbilaran (Bohol), and Urdaneta (Pangasinan).

In the November 2025 Philippine Nurses Licensure Examination (PNLE), Johannah Marie Gerardo Acevedo and George Wilson Tan Escordial of West Visayas State University – La Paz shared the top spot with an impressive 93.80% rating. Mariella Theony Reyes Medina of Saint Louis University and Carl Andrew Tella-in Soliva of University of Saint La Salle followed closely, tying for second place with 93.60%.
Meanwhile, in the May 2025 PNLE, Angelica Ferrer Dator of Southern Luzon State University (SLSU)–Lucban clinched first place with a 90.00% rating, while Dorisse Ann Flores Laygo of Philippine Women’s University (PWU)–Manila ranked second with 89.80%.
During the November 2024 PNLE, Chariemae Nuñez Cañazares of Cebu Normal University emerged as the topnotcher with 92.60%. Arianne Marie Baltero Estrella of the University of the Philippines–Manila secured second place with 92.20%.
Earlier, in the May 2024 PNLE, Abigail Escueta Cayanan of St. Jude College–Dasmariñas, Cavite, Inc. led the board with 92.60%, followed by Jim Jerico Cedric Garo Uy of Saint Paul University–Tuguegarao with 91.80%.

Schedule of Initial Registration
Online registration for new passers/successful examinees for license issuance will be conducted on the following date/s: To be announced (TBA)
Initial registrants are advised to register via the official website of PRC and follow instructions for initial registration. Here are the requirements:
- downloaded duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
- notice of admission (for identification only)
- 2 pieces passport sized pictures (colored with white background and complete name tag)
- 2 sets of documentary stamps
- 1 piece short brown envelope
Verification of Ratings
All examinees of the February 2026 Philippine Nurses Licensure Exam (PNLE), successful and unsuccessful, may verify their ratings online in few working days after the posting of results.
Refer to PRC Official Website to check your board exam ratings or score.
The examinee is required to provide only the exam name, examination date, application number, first name, last name, and date of birth.
Oathtaking Details
The PRC will announce oathtaking schedules in few days after the release of exam results, and those attending in person must register by noon the day before via https://online.prc.gov.ph.
Inductees must print and bring their personalized Oath Form with a QR code for attendance tagging; those unable to attend in person can opt for an online or special oathtaking.
Following the ceremony, inductees must schedule their Initial Registration online through the same portal.
Coverage of Examinations
The two-day exam covered competencies in relation to the 11 key areas of responsibility contained in the Competency Standards of Nursing Practice in the Philippines. These areas are categorized as follows: patient care, empowering, enabling and enhancing competencies.
The five (5) parts of the NLE are the following:
- Nursing Practice I (Community Health Nursing)
- Nursing Practice II (Care of Healthy/At Risk Mother and Child)
- Nursing Practice III (Care of Clients with Physiologic and Psychosocial Alternations - Part A)
- Nursing Practice IV (Care of Clients with Physiologic and Psychosocial Alternations - Part B)
- Nursing Practice V (Care of Clients with Physiologic and Psychosocial Alternations - Part C)
