MANILA, Philippines – The February 2026 Philippine Nurses Licensure Exam (PNLE) results are expected to be released on or before Thursday, March 19, 2026, fourteen (14) working days after the last day of exams.
The PNLE results include the full list of passers, top 10 (topnotchers), top performing schools, performance of schools, and schedule of registration and oath-taking.
The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) administered the first regular NLE this year on February 26 and 27, 2026 in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Palawan, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, Zamboanga, Ilocos Sur, Dumaguete (Negros Oriental), Laguna, Lipa (Batangas), Tagbilaran (Bohol), and Urdaneta (Pangasinan).

Release of NLE Results
According to PRC Resolution No. 2113 s. 2025, the February 2026 Nurses Licensure Exam (NLE) results will be released on Thursday, March 19, 2026, or within fourteen (14) working days.
However, results may be released ahead of the target or on later date without prior notice. We advise takers to monitor announcement of results starting Thursday, March 5, 2026.
Schedule of Initial Registration
Online registration for new passers/successful examinees for license issuance will be conducted on the following date/s: To be announced (TBA)
Initial registrants are advised to register via the official website of PRC and follow instructions for initial registration. Here are the requirements:
- downloaded duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
- notice of admission (for identification only)
- 2 pieces passport sized pictures (colored with white background and complete name tag)
- 2 sets of documentary stamps
- 1 piece short brown envelope
Oathtaking Details
The PRC will announce oathtaking schedules in few days after the release of exam results, and those attending in person must register by noon the day before via https://online.prc.gov.ph.
Inductees must print and bring their personalized Oath Form with a QR code for attendance tagging; those unable to attend in person can opt for an online or special oathtaking.
Following the ceremony, inductees must schedule their Initial Registration online through the same portal.
Verification of Ratings
All examinees of the February 2026 Philippine Nurses Licensure Exam (PNLE), successful and unsuccessful, may verify their ratings online in few working days after the posting of results.
Refer to PRC Official Website to check your board exam ratings or score.
The examinee is required to provide only the exam name, examination date, application number, first name, last name, and date of birth.
Coverage of Examination
The two-day exam covered competencies in relation to the 11 key areas of responsibility contained in the Competency Standards of Nursing Practice in the Philippines. These areas are categorized as follows: patient care, empowering, enabling and enhancing competencies.
The five (5) parts of the PNLE are the following:
- Nursing Practice I (Community Health Nursing)
- Nursing Practice II (Care of Healthy/At Risk Mother and Child)
- Nursing Practice III (Care of Clients with Physiologic and Psychosocial Alternations - Part A)
- Nursing Practice IV (Care of Clients with Physiologic and Psychosocial Alternations - Part B)
- Nursing Practice V (Care of Clients with Physiologic and Psychosocial Alternations - Part C)
Previous Examinations
The November 2025 Philippine Nurses Licensure Examination (PNLE) results were released by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) within fifteen (15) working days. Out of 45,192 examinees, 40,692 passed. Johannah Marie Gerardo Acevedo and George Wilson Tan Escordial from West Visayas State University – La Paz topped the board with 93.80%.
For the May 2025 PNLE, results were announced in just five (5) working days. A total of 6,935 out of 10,770 examinees passed, with Angelica Ferrer Dator of Southern Luzon State University (SLSU) – Lucban emerging as the topnotcher at 90.00%.
The November 2024 PNLE results were released within fourteen (14) working days. PRC reported that 29,349 out of 34,534 candidates successfully passed, led by Chariemae Nuñez Cañazares of Cebu Normal University with a rating of 92.60%.
In the May 2024 PNLE, results came out in just four (4) working days. Out of 11,116 examinees, 7,749 passed, and Abigail Escueta Cayanan of St. Jude College – Dasmariñas, Cavite topped the board with 92.60%.
Meanwhile, the November 2023 PNLE results were announced after fourteen (14) working days. A total of 25,761 out of 32,203 examinees passed, with Aristotle Calayan Castronuevo of Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila and Cris Vinz Corpuz Tomboc of West Visayas State University – La Paz sharing the top spot at 91.00%.
